This study was aimed at investigating the impact of teaching morality concepts in the family through storytelling on the basis of religious and Quranic stories on the moral intelligence and emotional intelligence of adolescent girls. This is a quasi-experimental study with pretest, posttest and control group. The statistical population included all the senior high school girls in Kerman province in the academic year 2016-2017. Twenty-four students were selected through the purposive sampling technique and randomly assigned to experimental and control groups (n ₌ 21). The data collection instruments included Lnick and Kiel's Moral Intelligence Questionnaire and Shat et al.'s Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire. The intervention program consisted of nine sessions of teaching ethical concepts in the family using storytelling technique. Members of the control group did not receive any interventions. Both groups responded to the questionnaires once before the intervention and again after the intervention. Finally, the data were analyzed using multivariate covariance analysis (MANCOVA). The results revealed that the mean post-test scores of the experimental group, compared to those of the control group, on the moral intelligence and emotional intelligence had significantly increased; in other words, the teaching of the concepts of ethics in the family through storytelling based on religious and Quranic stories had resulted in an increase in moral intelligence and emotional intelligence in the experiment group.

This study was conducted to compare the impact of couple therapy based on shared factors with Islamic teachings and without them on increasing the rate of effective communication between husbands and wives. The research method was quasi-experimental based on a 3×3 mixed design. The statistical population consisted of the couples who had referred to the psychology and relaxation counseling center due to communication problems in Urmia in 2016. The sample consisted of 24 couples selected through the random sampling method and assigned to two experimental groups and one control group. The data collection instrument was a researcher-made questionnaire entitled "Husband-Wife Effective Communication Scale". The experimental groups participated in ten sessions of couple therapy based on shared factors and couple therapy based on shared factors with Islamic teachings. To answer the research questions, repeated ANOVA test was utilized. The findings indicated a significant difference (p<0.001) between the experimental groups and the control group in the rate of effective communication. In summing up the findings, it can be concluded that interventions and techniques of couple therapy based on shared factors with Islamic teachings is more meaningful than couple therapy based on shared factors in increasing the components of expressing the needs and empathy of effective communication.

The purpose of this research work was to investigate the impact of group logotherapy on the time perspective and life satisfaction of martyrs’ wives. The research design is quasi-experimental with pretest, posttest and control group. Thirty martyrs’ wives were selected through the availability random sampling method and randomly divided into experimental and control groups. Ten weekly 90-minutes sessions of logotherapy intervention was administered to the experimental group. The required data were collected using the time perspective scale and the life satisfaction scale and covariance analysis was used to analyze the data. The results showed that group logotherapy intervention led to an increase in life satisfaction and some of the subscales of time perspective in the experimental group compared to the control group. Group logotherapy not only plays an effective role in increasing the life satisfaction and time perspective of martyrs' wives, but it has important implications for experts and therapists so that they may make special attempts to utilize this type of intervention to help them.

This is a qualitative research work through which the effective excellence factors in consolidating the foundation of the family were collected, and then the findings were analyzed in the stages of the selection of the spouse, aqd period (the period following the marriage contract and preceding wedding), and the married life. To this end, the opinions of 14 contemporary Muslim interpreters and scholars gathered in their books and works of interpretations were coded, made into a framework of implications network, and compared in the form of graphs. In doing so, family excellence was considered as a dependent variable and spiritual, intellectual, emotional, and material factors as independent variables. The results revealed that, among the studied factors, the spiritual factors affecting excellence had the highest number of implications in the studied documents.

The aim of this study was to predict the quality of marital relationship based on the dimensions of emotional intelligence among married women and men and their spouses. The research method is descriptive correlational. A sample of 112 couples (224 individuals) with a minimum of one year and a maximum of 20 years of married life were selected using the simple random sampling method from among those referring to the Isfahan Family Cultural Center in spring 2016. The subjects completed the quality of relationship dimensions questionnaire (Fletcher, Simpson, & Thomas, 2000) and the Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (BarOn, 1997). The collected data were analyzed using SPSS21 software and multiple regression analysis (step-by-step). The results showed that the emotional self-awareness and happiness components of emotional intelligence in men and the happiness component in women can predict the quality of marital relationship among them. Also, the emotional self-awareness component in women can significantly predict the quality of men's marital relationship, and the happiness component in men can significantly predict the quality of marital relationship in women (p=0.001). Therefore, emotional intelligence and some of its dimensions affect the quality of marital relationship. The results of this study can be used to improve the quality of marital relationship among couples.

This is an applied research work as regards purpose, and, as to data collection procedure, it is a descriptive correlational study. It deals with examining the effect of ethical behavior of female entrepreneurs with vigilant mediating entrepreneurial role on their business performance. The research population consisted of 148 women entrepreneurs selected by the Iranian Entrepreneurship Festival as business owners. Using Cochran formula and the simple random sampling method, 106 individuals were selected as the sample. The required data were collected using standard questionnaires. The validity and reliability of the variables were confirmed. The reliability indexes for entrepreneurial vigilance, ethical behavior, and business performance were 0.78, 0.89 and 0.90, respectively. Data analysis was performed using the structural equation modeling method and the Smart PLS2 software. The results revealed that the influence of the moral behavior of women entrepreneurs was 49% on their entrepreneurial vigilance and 45% on their business performance. Also, the results showed that entrepreneurial vigilance played a 17% role as a mediating variable between ethical behavior and performance. It is concluded that the business performance of women entrepreneurs is influenced by their entrepreneurial vigilance and ethical behaviors, which needs to be considered by managers and administrators.

Today, there is an agreement among scholars that human resources is one of the most important and fundamental social capitals, and the role of expert and committed women as a part of trained human resources is indisputable in the comprehensive development of the society. This research has been conducted to predict employees' vocational competencies using artificial intelligence. For this purpose, 83 employed women were studied. To design the artificial neural network, the data related to employees’ knowledge (in 4 dimensions), skills (in 21 dimensions), and personal traits (in 13 dimensions) were collected. Then an artificial neural network with multi-layer perceptron and three-layer neural algorithm (38.33.1) was designed. Prediction of the vocational competencies in the experimental group was performed using the designed artificial neural network model, and they were compared using multiple regression model. The results indicated that the artificial neural network was significantly successful in the optimal performance index (turbulence matrix). This research can help develop the methodology and process of selecting competent individuals in the field of women.
