Sustainable transport is in the most effective and most comfortable way movement of people and vehicles with the lowest power consumption (of fuel and humanitarian efforts) with the most acceptable cost, less traffic and environmental impacts such as air pollution and minimal noise. The main issue of this study was to determine the most important factors affecting urban transport indicators using experience in leading freight transport. For the analysis of qualitative and quantitative techniques have been used SPSS software, methodology and tools for data collection, a combination of library and field methods in relation to sustainable transport. The results indicate the status of transport in the city of Isfahan is to be downward trend. Growth Composite Index has been negative in environmental impacts of transport. Growth Composite Index as well as the economic impact of transport in the city was in the negative direction. Costs handlers is stable than GDP per person. Fortunately, the social effects of transport in Isfahan Composite Index has been positive At the same time, Implementation of a sustainable transport policy is the best strategy.

It was also found Mesgarha ‎neighborhood identity in direct contact with individual buildings such as Amamzadeh ‎Syed Ibrahim, Dokhan Inn, market entry and collection of one-story buildings with ‎traditional architecture and is the harmony and unity.‎

Problems of unbridle urbanization have led to propose new models in order to better and more sustainable life and prepare social, economic and cultural needs of residents. Cohousing communities are housing models, which based on social communication and cooperation that propose sustainable types of housing for their residents rely on social participation, public spaces, protect private ownership and environmental protection. The purpose of research is to introduce cohousing model and its structure and so investigate dimensions of it. The research was conducted by reviewing librarian and online resources and descriptive-analytical method. The results imply that cohousing communities prepare sustainable housing models for residents and its' sustainability indexes including four components of strong social networks and social cohesion, encouraging pro-environmental behavior and lower consumption, producing a sense of well-being amongst cohousers and social inclusion and exclusiveness can be identified. In adjusting cohousing pattern with coexist cities of Iran, Iranian-Islamic characteristics of classic cities can be used in combination with sustainability components of cohousing communities.

A society needs people who live along the harbor urban spaces with climate aesthetic perspective beach, a place where social interaction and expectations of the people of the cities, particularly coastal cities be held accountable. The purpose of this paper is to show the significance of palm trees (palm) in urban areas and improve the visual quality of these spaces by this natural element is valuable. In this research the subject and the purposes for which it is predicted descriptive-analytic. The study population was all citizens in Bushehr port in 1394 using a sample of 248 samples randomly determined and have been directly questioned. After collecting the data and questionnaire study relationships between variables through descriptive statistics and inferential statistics in SPSS 22 software is discussed. Based on the analysis performed the role of palm trees and improving visual - aesthetic walk the coastal city of Bushehr there is a significant positive relationship, so that 76.7 percent of visual impact of palm trees on the promotion of quality - aesthetic walk have evaluated coastal city of Bushehr good to excellent. Studies show that green spaces and palm trees overshadow along with its visual beauty enhances the visual and aesthetic quality of coastal walk and thus increase the satisfaction of the citizens will follow.

Housing index of the most important aspects of planning and knowledge of the status quo that makes it a priority review of planning and proposals to be influential optimally. Metropolis Tehran, the capital and most populous city in the country has many problems in the housing sector, which according to plans in accordance with the conditions in order to improve housing in the future should be considered. In this study using the analytical description to review the status quo housing - 22 areas using quantitative and qualitative data and To examine the differences between the regions of used techniques TOPSIS, SAW & VIKOR and numerical taxonomy. To achieve the end result of this technique was used Copeland method was used and the final ranking. The results of this study show that the regions 1 and 3 great and regions 18 and 19 are undesirable conditions. with the use of the results deprived areas as priority target groups were identified in the planning and scheduling necessary scenarios and associated with the specific conditions of the region . And also to continue with quantitative methods available to predict the housing was needed in the coming years.

The process of sustainable development in the building has increased the need for effective systems that contribute to energy efficiency in buildings. Extensive green roof system is one of the ideal ways to save energy that use mankind from environmental and aesthetic benefits. This study was conducted to evaluate the thermal behavior of green roofs and its stability in the hot and dry climate of iran. This present paper has a quantitative research method and also has been used from the document and library studies to complete the content. First, by using an energy simulation software (Design Builder) has been analysed the impact of factors such as plant height, leaf area index and plant bed height to calculate the annual energy consumption in a common residential building in hot and dry climates and then measured the amount of energy efficiency by assessing the most optim solutions. Simulation results show that extensive green roof is a practical strategy in energy efficiency and can be used of multiple advantages by exploring ways to optimize its use in this climate. Also, by the evaluation of the solutions has been saved up to about 8.54% in annual energy consumption
