Resistance and self-defense to enemies have always been considered as one of the innate human characteristics from the very beginning. In Islamic religion, that its comprehensiveness is all-round and precise, this important topic has been addressed to Muslims. Islam is a religion of kindness and love, and its purpose is to attract the maximum of enemies to religion, but in areas where the enemy intends to destroy religion and Muslims, Islam expresses serious endurance and resistance programs. In the Qur'an there are several verses in various positions emphasizing this principle. Imam Ali (as), who as spoken Quran and wise and agent to the Qur'an, he has always paid attention to this principle, and during his entire life, God has placed the principle of endurance against enemies as his own. Imam Ali (AS) from the time of the Prophet (pbuh) until the rule of justice focused on resistance against enemies alluded his companions to resistance and perseverance. The foundations of resistance from the perspective of Imam Ali (AS) can be stated in such a way that in confronting enemies they were as much as possible demanding peace, compromise and without bleeding and war, and with strong arguments tried to guide the enemies and, in the absence of cooperation, ordered The war was exported. The current research has described descriptive-analytical methods of resistance and perseverance strategies from the perspective of Imam Ali (AS) and has referred to the most important solutions and examples of resistance in this regard.

Therefore, the purpose of this research is to problem oriented style with a descriptive analytical method and by library research, to analyze the foundations of politics according to speech of Imam Ali (PBUH), in different sources especially in Nahj al-Balagha.

Corresponding the time of Iranian Islamic Revolution in 1997, western studies on Shi'a hadith have engaged in new professional fields which particularly during 2 last decades consist of a vast endeavor on study and analysis of Shi' a hadith literature. The detailed research of A Critical Study of Nahj al-Balagha is considered as the beginning and the turning point of studies on Nahj al-Balagha in western academic centers, regarding its respected effort, that is in worthy of attention and scrutiny by researchers on this area. Among its distinguished and notable features are as follow: documental dating of Nahj al-Balagha, recovering the neglected documents of Nahj al-Balagha in classical and early Arabic texts, vocabulary of sermons, letters, and wisdoms through pre-islamic prose and poems, comparing between Quranic words and Nahj al-Balagha, quoting and analyzing of early and later scholars, attention to the misconceptions proposed against Nahj al-Balagha and presenting reasonable answers to them, and finally giving a systematic discussion, as the first effort on this field in the west. The present article aims to review, analyze, and criticize it, in addition to a brief recount of the evolution of western literature on Shi' a hadith.

The concept of citizenship, one of the emerging concepts in Islamic society despite the pervasive use, yet their place in social and political thought, as well as find. Citizen, one who lives under the Islamic rule, in islamic tradition specially Imam Ali's tradition called peasant "ra'iyyat". Therefore, citizen rights, all things involves the governor and peasant is required to accept his authority and sovereignty of the citizens and the duties of citizenship, and provide guarantee for them. This paper is intended to present an Islamic civil rights based on the teachings of Imam Ali is reflecting in the Nahj al-Balagha, Analytical and descriptive way, according to studies by investigating the Nahj al-Balagha been written and religious sources. Results of the research show that Alavi citizen rights, social, economic, political and cultural will take That social rights, social justice and social security; economic rights including economic justice and social welfare, political rights include: the right to participate in public affairs and freedom in the choice of parties and associations and cultural rights, including respect for racial and religious minorities and freedom of expression.

Imprecation and curse is the topics that discusses during the history of Islam and conflicts in which they existed. Howsoever at first imprecation (sabb) and curse (la'n) seems synonym but with accuracy on literal meaning and its usage in verses and hadiths we find that this two concepts are different. This differentiation creates the various confusion and accusations among the followers of the Islamic religion. This paper is a case study in sermons, letters and wisdom of Nahj al-balagha that comprising a kind of flout to some of his companion and someone else. After reviewing the results achieved that there is a difference between imprecation (sabb) and curse (la'n), And curse has different meaning and it means distance from mercy. And like Philological science the Qur'an conforms that difference. Also in Prophetic tradition we see curse on pagans and double dealers and enemies. This articles method is Libraries and has examined all sermons, letters and wisdom of Nahj al-balagha.

One of the issues raised in Islamic political jurisprudence, which is rooted in Qur'an, is the subject of the belligerents (muharebun). In this regard, one of the best symbols is the behavior pattern of the Imams (PBUH) who are the true interpreters of the Holy Quran. Imam Ali (AS) has been encountered the significant belligerents during his five year Government. Muharebun at the time of Imam Ali (AS) consisted of three groups: Nakithun, Qasetun and Maraghun. According to specific parameters, Imam Ali (AS) has been required to deal with these three groups. This paper, by method of collecting and analyzing, and by answering the question of whether Imam Ali (AS) was the same in dealing with these three trends, or how different they were according to the circumstances and the different individuals, has tried to explain the method of Imam in dealing with them.
