Abstract: 

However, there is no objective way allowing to evaluate the factors that may affect the performance of players, the application of subjective methods based on objective indicators cacould be considered as an absolutely effective instrument. In this study we suggested a two - stage model, first, using the algorithm of expert’s evaluation, we determined the performance indicators and the weight (importance degree) of each indicator, and then, using Additive Ratio Assessment method (ARAS), we performed player ranking process.21 performance indicators that measure Body Size and Composition, Speed and Quickness, power, and aerobic Endurance was chosen. The proposed model was conducted for the evaluation of 16 volunteers of Shahrood university's basketball team.

Abstract: 

In nowadays commercial sport, football teams for both decreasing cost of buying football players & competition creation & gaining competition advantages need a reliable process for choosing required football players. There is variable bundle of deterrent & facilitator factors appears in successor training plan that create a deep challenge between agree and disagree attitude. This research uses a qualitative research method & substance analysis as a deterrent or facilitator of successor training plan of football players in Iranian clubs and has used semi-organized interviews for data gathering. Research’s conclusion emphasizes in new and important factors that exist in sport teams in Iran. Jealousy of others, distrust in others, creation of win-lose thought, absence of successor training culture, profiteer and charges calculation obstruct successor training plan’s success. However, according to interviewee point of view, important facilitator factors such as high motive & interest of teenagers and youth football players for participating in practices, appeals of membership in adult team, loyalty feeling to the club, coach’s level of knowledge & managers can create a great opportunity for successor training.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between human resource management and organizational performance from the perspective of experts of Iranian Ministry of Sport and Youth. In this research the correlative method was used. The statistical population was 320 experts of Iranian Ministry. The statistical sample which was equal to the main population was reduce to 294 because some of the questionnaires were not sent back to the researcher. Measurement tools of the investigation were 3 questionnaires that including demographic, human resource management questionnaire with 0.91 validity and organizational performance questionnaire with 0.81 validity. To determine the formal validity of the questionnaires were utilized from suggestions of physical education expert’s. For data analysis, descriptive and inferential statistics (regression) were used. The results showed there are significant positive relationship between human resource management and organizational performance. Also Regression analysis showed that human resource planning component (P£0.01, t=3.06) and performance assessment employees component (P£0.05, t=2.35) have the ability to predict organizational performance. So The Ministry of Sports and Youth Administrators can use various procedures human resource management, especially in the part of planning for recruitment, keep and develop human resources capable and talented, as well as evaluating the performance of individuals to increase organizational performance.

Abstract: 

The present research has been allocated to evaluate the current situation and the effectiveness of special cycling routes in the city of Tabriz. This research was done in the third week of August, the summer of 2015, for seven days (more than 6 hours per day) and 319 cyclists was considered as sample for this investigation. The research method is descriptive-analytic. To investigate the status of special cycling routes, the questionnaire designed by the researcher was used. The validity of the questionnaire was approved by several sports management professors; in addition, to examine the reliability of the Cronbach's alpha test, a 30-member sample was used. To assess the situation, descriptive statistics and frequency was utilized and to analyze the comments of cyclists, the Chi-squared test was used. The results showed that most cyclists on special routes are athlete and use bicycles for health and sports and most of them, are low income people. Also the preferred time for cycling was after 18pm. The opinion poll about the status of available special routes showed that citizens satisfied with slope and width of routes, locations and the lack of car interruptions but they had not consent about length, quality, safety and brightness of the routes. As a result, it is recommended that, In order to attract citizens to use the special routes, it is necessary to pay attention to the improvement of the quality and quantity of cycling routes.

Abstract: 

The present study was done with the aim of the investigate the mediating role of organizational trust and job values in relationship between the components of organizational justice and job involvement of physical education teachers in Shiraz city was conducted as a causal model. To do this 135 (Morgan Table) teachers were selected through random sampling and answered to questionnaires Mailman and co-workers (2003), job values questionnaire of Sivyres (2000), organizational trust questionnaire of Rawlins (2008) and job involvement questionnaire of Kanungu (1982) sub-scales. The results generally showed that all three components of organizational justice (distributive justice, procedural and interactive) on organizational trust and job values have the positive and significant effect. Also, indirect effect of components organizational justice on job involvement, is significant. In other words, distributive justice, procedural and interactive influence on job involvement, through the mediation of job values and organizational trust. Physical education teachers with high degree of perception toward organizational justice, and trust show higher level of Job involvement in their workplace.

Abstract: 

Athletes brand image is a key preliminary in the loyalty of the fans and a strong stimulus for the presence of the viewers and fans in the sportive events, also it is a powerful stimulus on the purchase intent of goods pertinent to the athlete. The following study is done on the 368 of the students of Kurdistan University based on Sample and Morgan tables by the research method of descriptive-correlative with the goal of investigating the impacts of the aspects of the brand image of the athletes on the loyalty of the fans of the research samples. The measurement tool implemented here is the questionnaires of the brand image of the athletes Arai et al and questioners of the fans loyalty hart. Form and content validity were verified by the specialists, while their internal consistency was verified by the help of Cronbach's alpha. In order to analyze the data, structural equations were used. The findings proved that the aspects of athletes’ brand image (Athletic performance, attractive appearance and marketable lifestyle) has a significant and positive impact on the loyalty of the fans. Among these aspects, marketable lifestyle has the most influence on the fans. The is the aspect which reflects features, activities, and the performances of the athletes outside of the field. Consequently, the athletes should manage their brand in the best possible way by activities such as increasing relationships with the fans, acknowledging and regarding them, depicting ethical behaviors, participating in social, cultural and humanistic activities, improving public relations and etc. Likewise, they should prepare the suitable association of their brands in order to be entitled of its benefits specifically the loyalty of the fans.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to identification and priority Obstacles of Strategic Managment Implementation in Iran West Sport and Youth Offices. In order to data gathering, a descriptive method in the scope of strategic studies and a research made questionnaire with interview was used. The present study is an applicative research, the research population consists of all executive managers, middle managers, operational managers, professional experts, experts, consultant and elites of sport and youth ministry of the west of Iran (in the provinces of Kermanshah-Hamedan-Ilam-Lorestan-kordestan). Results of the study signify that all of nine factors had a significant rule in impeding successful implementation of strategic management and their classifying is based on the following result: managerial obstacles-planning consequences-organizational obstacles – cultural obstacles- individual obstacles environmental obstacles-accessibility obstacles-communicative obstacles. The policymakers and managers of sport and youth ministry and other sport organizations can use this model in order to identify and determine the role of each obstacle in successful implementation of strategies.
