The defensive power of a society cant be Summarized in its military power. The combination of The idea of "defense" and its peculiarities are among the compositional and fluid concepts throughout the history of human thought so that it has different and opposite dimensions from culture to culture and from school to school. The idea of "defense" in Shia political culture has a different meaning compared to other schools of thought. Therefore, a proper recognition of this idea requires an independent research on its scope and boundaries. Imam Khamenei, as the most influential religious scientist in the Shia world in the present age and as the heir to the pure thoughts of the Imams, has important and influential point of view on this topic. therefore, the examination of the boundaries of defense in his thought is of major importance for proper understanding of Shia political culture. From this perspective, the main question of the present study is as follows. What are the peculiarities of the idea of defense in Imam Khamenei thought? To answer this question, the author examines the concept of defense in four areas of ontology, epistemology, teleology, and methodology in the thought of Imam Khamenei. The findings of the research showed that in the thought of Imam Khamenei, the idea of defense is understandable through two-dimensional ontology, empowering and capability-centered epistemology, bliss-seeking teleology, and moral methodology. The present paper is a qualitative study using descriptive-analytical method. Its information is obtained through documentary study.

The Given the regional-global equations, the Islamic Republic of Iran (IRI) is on the verge of enter into knowledge-based structure in her development route, the necessity which has many times explicitly and implicitly been stressed in the speeches of the supreme leader (ph), the 20-year Vision and other development plans. In the same vein, it is required that the national scientific and socio-cultural frameworks equipped with research-poeration platforms be taken into consideration. Accordingly, the IRI's Minisrty of Defense (IRIMOD) as a knowledge-based organization is in need to diverse methods and models for knowledge management in varied strategic operational levels and in its subsets such as headquarter, organizations and defense industries. Meanwhile, this paper, an apllied-developmental research, mainly aims at developing a knowledge management model for the IRIMOD upon case-based and mixed method (quality & quantity) with Thematic and Content Analysis. Consequently, the outcome of the study suggests that the model for knowledge management in the IRIMOD comprises five principal elements as: 1) strategic knowledge management infrastructure; 2) strategic knowledge management processes; 3) strategic domians of knowledge; 4) creation of value for beneficiaries; 5) creation of deterrence power and defensive competency.

After Islamic revolution in Iran, IRI’ s (Islamic Republic of Iran) enemies have done their best to demolish Iranian state. Thiese enemies have frequently used force to achieve their political goals, so it could be forseenable to do the same against IRI, which obviously will be started by air attack. There is no doubt that IRI armed forces should be well-prepared to respond against any air threat. To gain best effects and crash enemy’ s will, such preparation should be coincided with a strategic model. Researcher has concerned if it is supposed to compare IRI air power and its foes, which kind of model should be consider to measure air power? And how this model could be able to clarify amount of air power which is required to make a strategic balance and generate influencing capability? The whole purpose of this research is: “ to achieve strategic model for IRI air power which is providing effect-balance over enemies” . Research has been done by descriptive method (field-case study) in a mixed framework (qualitized & qualified). Statistical group compromised of air power strategists which, in turn, considered as the sample group. Final result is extracted by presenting a three-dimention model for measuring IRI air power which is providing effect-balance over enemies. This model compromised of strategic, operational and tactical dimentions, which is consisted of their respective factors and indexes and also has presented compliance of air power’ s dimentions with together, shape of extracted air power’ s space, congruency and spectrum of air power factors, trend of air power factor’ s variation and finally, appropriateness between air power factors and IRI air power dimentions. At the epiluge of this research, an equation has been presented to measure IRI air power, generating effect-base against the foes.

Republic of Iran has created a distinguished and new method of governing and handling of country affairs. The armed forces as a one of the leading institute in the country, that always has been in the frontline of fighting with Imperialism, has placed the principles and fundamentals of commanding and management based on the Waliy-e-Faghih discourse as their Supreme Commander. This discourse is a translation of Religious and Islamic teachings and Prophet (Peace be upon him) and Imams (peace be upon them) Life Style. This article has used Combined method to gather elements of strategic pattern of commanding and management in the armed forces and the Grounded Teory methodology is the dominant method. Considering the statistical universe of this study, it has estimated that there are 200 experts in this field. 120 experts are selected based on goal directed method and their availability as sample. According to the findings of this study, pivotal spirituality and ideologist, Public support, authoritative and revolutionary leadership and management, and martyrdom seeking are among the most important elements of strategic pattern of commanding and management in the Islamic Republic of Iran armed forces Highlights.

This research was conducted with the purpose of testing the "Model of the Center for Strategic Studies AJA for Threat Assessment" (AJA ETMSSC), presented by the AJA's Center for Strategic Studies. In this regard, the question is raisedthe responses received from the "Center for Strategic Studies AJA Model"to assess threats what extent are the responses received from the Shannon Weight Entropy Model for measuring the threats of JSA? MatchesSimple Weighting Model and Shannon entropy model. The present research was applied and its method was descriptive-analytical and correlation-consistency. Both fields and libraries have been used. The statistical population of this research includes experts, researchers and experts of the AJA Center for Strategic Studies and Armed Forces, Security research centers with 25 years of service, 45 years of age& master's degree. All of them were interviewed by census method or the questionnaire was completed. A systematic content analysis method was used to analyze the open-ended interviews and questionsvalidity and validity of the questionnaires were calculated using Cronbach's alpha. Theoretical foundations and factors affecting military threats were used using library resources. Systematic analysis was used to validate the data and the results of this study indicate that the responses are consistent with the Shannon entropy model.

The life permanency of human communities are depend on collection of corporeal and moral needs which providing their needs by organizing, controlling, and utilizing from corporeal limited resources and moral complex resources, especially in critical situations. This issues are influenced by a few factors such as individual and social personality, political system structure, quality of role and interaction of people that differ from a community to another community. The problem of this survey is that the social psychology factors of national mobilization were not distinctive, therefore the scope of this study is reviewing the roles of the factors in national mobilization. The major questions of the study are; "The quiddity of social psychology factors which influence on national mobilization? What are their relations with these issues? What are the differences of national mobilization capabilities between I. R. of Iran and other political systems? " Two hypothesis of this study are; there are significant relations between social psychology factors in political systems and national mobilization capabilities. Valayee political systems which are based on divine worldview in comparison whit other political systems which are depends on non-divine worldview, are more capable to form the process of national mobilization. The current study is applied and progressive type and also used the mixed method of explanatory sequential. For proving the first hypothesis, chi-square test and for the second one interpretation were applied. The results are showing us there are significant relations between social psychology factors in political systems and capabilities of national mobilization which Valayee political systems are based on divine worldview are more capable in formation of national mobilization.

As health plays a key part in sustainable development, it is deemed a fundamental sphere in all countries and is devoted a particular attention by national policy-makers. In the same vein, this paper mainly aims at explicating the discourse of Velayat-e-Faqih in the administration of national health system with Thematic Analysis as the focal concept in the mentioned discourse is the theme of this research in concordance with the welfare and health of the people while the discourse faces opponents, challenges and rivals. Doing so, it exploits Atlas and Max QDA software and develops the analysis through Laclau & Mouffe method. The comparison between the related works in post-revolution suggests that both great leaders possess the same points of view in regard with health system from the perspective of societal security and administration. As well, both have tactfully drawn the attention of officials to the mentioned sphere.

The terms “ war” and “ peace” go back to historical eras and the concept of war and its rules and regulations have improved since then. Islam has also paid special attention to war and tranquility, and has defined the rights of those involved in combats. According to holy Qur’ an, human beings are considered as valuable and sacred and thus respectable, on the other hand it emphasizes on fighting with atheists and skeptics. The question is which of these are true according to Islam; battle or peace, violence or the sanctity of human body? This paper’ s purpose is to define the interrelation between war as a violent act and observing human’ s sanctity in Islamic beliefs. Therefore the paper explains the political aspect of humanity in shia view and then reviews the meaning of war and the role “ Jihad” plays in Shies’ ideas. The gamut of war and peace is determined this way. The paper presumes that not only Islam has never disapproved of war but also considers it necessary under special circumstances, which is called “ defending Jihad” .
