Abstract: 

The present study is accomplished with the aim of identification of the managerial behavior components for formulate of model for Iran's higher education system, in qualitative type and in grounded theory method-Strauss and Corbin's objectivist approach by appling paradigmatic logic. By using theoretical sampling method, 38 participating people in the study who were expert in relation with the subject of the study were selected include deans and vice presidents of the universities of the country, including state universities, Open universities, Payam-e Nour, teacher training and non-profit universities who are considered as experts in relevant fields of study. Data were collected using semi-structured interviews and the state of theoretical saturation was achieved. Data analysis was basically founded on three methods of open coding, axial coding and selective coding. The data obtained by semi-structured interviews were analyzed at the first place and some partial concepts were extracted. 160 general concepts were formed using those partial concepts; and 20 sub-categories were constructed out of general concepts. All the partial concepts, general concepts and sub-categories were reviewed and their relations with the main categories were identified. finally, the proposed model was formulated for managerial behavior in Iran's higher education system. Generally, the findings indicated that in order for the managers to be equipped with managerial behavior they are in need of having thorough and proper studies and researches regarding the aforementioned components and try to handle tasks such as rethinking, restructuring and recreation of the components just cited.

Abstract: 

The present paper was conducted with the aim of studying the mediating role of organizational justice in relationship between the perception of organizational political atmosphere with turnover intentions and job performance among Educational Department staff in Shabestar. The research method was descriptive-correlative. Statistical population consists of all Educational Department staff in Shabestar. According to the Statistics of Educational Department in Shabestar, the total number of employees is 1046. This research uses stratified random sampling method. Taking the sampling table and Cochran formula into account, the sample was considered to be 205 in this research. Data were gathered through the standard questionnaires of Organizational Justice by Niehoff & Moorman (1993), perception of organizational politics by Kacmar & Carlson (1997), turnover intentions by Miller (1979) and Paterson Job Performance (1990). The validity of the questionnaires was approved through formal and content validity, and reliability was approved through Cronbach's alpha for Organizational justice 0. 80, perception of organizational policy 0. 85, job performance 0. 74, and job departure 0. 82. Structural Equation Modeling was applied to evaluate relations between latent and measured variables in a conceptual model. The results showed that there is a significant negative relationship perception of organizational political atmosphere with organizational justice and job performance. The results, also, sg3howed that there is a significant positive relationship between perception of organizational political atmosphere and job departure. The rate of this pair wise correlation fluctuates between 0. 46 and 0. 61.

Abstract: 

The main purpose of the present study is to investigate the relationship between strategic planning and organizational productivity of Tehran's Municipality One. This research is applied based on purpose and descriptivesurvey in nature and method. The population of the study consists of 58 experts in one district of Tehran municipality. In this study, due to the limited population, a questionnaire was distributed among all the population (ie 58 people) and the required information was collected. Confirmatory factor analysis and structural equations were used for data analysis and Smart PLS software was used. The results showed that the dimensions of strategic planning including human resources planning, coaching programs, measurement programs and strategic training programs have significant effect on organizational productivity. Also, measurement programs have the highest coefficient and strategic training programs have the least coefficient of impact.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between student values and professional commitment and intermediation of academic competence of Shiraz University. The research method was a descriptive correlational study. The research sample consisted of 357 undergraduate students of Shiraz University who were selected by stratified random sampling method. The research tools included student values, professional commitment and academic competence. After calculating their validity and reliability, they were distributed among the samples and the data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics. Findings showed that the student values have a positive and significant effect on academic competence but it hasn’ t significant effect on professional commitment. Also, academic competence has a positive and significant effect on professional commitment. These results indicate that there is a significant and indirect relationship between the student values and professional commitment with intermediation of academic competence.

Abstract: 

It has been shown that learners' abilities interact with the type of training intervention and effect on training and its outcomes. For this reason, the current research investigated the interaction of reasoning ability with two training methods, namely deductive and empirical methods, in effect on reaction to training evaluation and post training effectiveness. This research was an applied and quasi-experimental one. The sample was consisted of 48 industrial psychology and management under graduates that were designed into four groups based on their reasoning ability(high and low) and two type of teaching methods(deductive and empirical). After that, participants responded to research instruments including reaction to training and post training effectiveness scales. Data analyzing by analysis of variance showed the means of reaction to training and post training effectiveness are higher in deductive method and in higher reasoning ability. Also, there are an interaction between reasoning ability and two types of training methods. Based on findings, it was provided recommendations for training is provided by attention to abilities and aptitudes and for example based on reasoning ability, to better react to it and increase its effectiveness.

Abstract: 

The main purpose of this research was to identify the critical characteristics of Entrepreneurship Motivation (EM) and Mangerial Wisdom (MW) theories and to replesh them in the stages of the Management Enterepreneurship Education Model (MEEM) for the undergraduate students of the Applied Science University in Tehran. The method of this research was a mixture of content analysis method in the qualitative stage and a semi-experimental method was used in the quantitative phase. The statistical population included 9040 undergraduate entrepreneurship lessons in the faculty of applied sciences of Tehran province. The statistical sample in the qualitative section includes 7 experts and lessons of entrepreneurship lessons and a small section of 125 students who were selected by simple random sampling for the implementation of a quasi-experimental Quadruple Solomon design. In the qualitative section, the data gathered through semi-structured interview and in the quantitative section, management wisdom and entrepreneurship motivation validated and reliable questionnaire carried out. T-student, one-sample, paired and two independent samples, ANOVA and also R-software for data analysis were used. Collectivly, repleshing the attributes of the managerial wisdom and entrepreneurship into different stages of the MEEM promoted the entrepreneurial motivation of students and their KM and managerial wisdom at a significantly higher level compared to existing education.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to investigate educational leaders' experience in implementing teacher-centered educational monitoring models in elementary schools. This research was carried out in a qualitative way and based on the foundational data theory approach. Potential research participants consisted of educational leaders of West Azarbaijan Province who were selected by targeted sampling method to reach saturation point. The data were collected using the semi-structured interviews protocol. Calculation of reliability and validity of the data was done using two methods of reviewing the participants and reviewing non-participating experts in the research. Data were analyzed inductively, by theoretical coding method. Findings from of examining the experience of the leaders were classified in four themes: 1) Relational and Trust-oriented regulatory environment, 2) Supervision-based on teaching improvement, 3) Supervisionbased on deliberation, 4) self reflection and also the Challenges of Leadership Experience in nine themes: 1) The different horizons of teachers and leaders, 2) Weakness of Teaching Teaching Knowledge, 3) Sociology of environmental Supervision, 4) Multilateral judgment and evaluation, 5) Lack of knowledge and skill in curriculum planning. In the classroom-based supervision model, will be centered-classroom and teacher. Examining the experiences of educational leaders showed that these people are affected by communication with theachers and are able to influence them differently. Accordingly, their experiences can be used to solve the problems of teachers.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of educational media on the academic achievement and creativity of secondary school students in the Qare-Chai district. The present study is applied in terms of purpose and is semi-experimental in terms of its method, which uses pre-test-post-test design with control group. The diagram below is presented below: The statistical population of this study consisted of 284 secondary school students in Qarehaye district of Kondab city in the academic year of 1998-98. Our sample consisted of 60 secondary school students in the Qare-Chai district of Khondab city in the academic year of 1998-1999 selected randomly and purposefully. Among the sample classes included 3 classes of 20 people. The data were collected using the Torrance Creativity Questionnaire and academic achievement test. Validity of questionnaires through face and content validity; and reliability using Cronbach's alpha for total creativity, fluidity scale, flexibility scale, ingenuity, and elaboration were 87%, 87%, 0. 81, 37% and 70%, respectively. Has been reported. To analyze the data in the descriptive statistics section, frequency, mean and standard deviation were used and inferential statistics were used for multivariate analysis of covariance. Findings of the research showed that there is a significant difference between creativity scores and its components in the pre-test and post-test stages, and there is a significant difference between the scores of academic achievement in the pre-test and post-test stages. Therefore, new technology and elearning can be used to increase creativity and improve students' academic performance.

Abstract: 

the present study aimed to investigate the technical and operational possibilities of homeschooling with new educational technologies to deal with emergency vocations in Khuzestan province schools from the experts’ point of view in the academic year of 2017-2018. The type of present research is applied and its method is descriptive-survey. The statistical population consists of all experts of the technology department of Khuzestan province education headquarters and the four urben districts of Ahwaz. As the entire statistical society consists of 15 people, the whole society was selected as a sample. To collect data, purposful interviews were conducted with the experts, and then by using the content analysis of the interviews, a primary questionnaire was made. To assess the reliability of questionnaire, Cronbach's alpha was calculated which was 0. 95. Also, the facial and content validity of the questionnaire were assessed and approved by five educational experts. Data analysis was performed by Q factor analysis technique. In total, 5 factors of the technical and operational dimensions were identified for the possibility of homeschooling, including; the first factor; the hardware and software infrastructure; the second one; the culture and the environment; the third one; the training courses; the fourth one; the funds and equipments; the fifth one; manpower. Eventually, practical suggestions in each dimension were offered.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to explore the fundamental construction for school organizational diagnosis. The nature of this research was a qualitative type of interpretive phenomenology based on the lived experience of principals. Participants in this study were 9 principals with sufficient background and experience to be invited to collaborate with successful targetbased sampling and theoretical saturation among successful principals all over the country. Semi-structured interviews were used to collect data. Interviews (30 to 45 minutes) included a reciprocal response to the lived experiences of principals about school management problems. Data analysis was carried out based on the method of the analysis of the content. Based on the data analysis, 29 sub-media were extracted in 9 main coding schemes including environmental Diagnosis (community and culture, family), structural Diagnosis (laws, resources, technology), functional Diagnosis (educational, academic), and individual and group Diagnosis (managers, teachers and students) classification They were The results of this study showed that these fundamental structures based on the lived experience of principals have been used to design school organizational modeling complication. Undoubtedly, the use of this constructs of diagnosis is an important part of any effective intervention for the evolution and development of school management and organization systems.

Abstract: 

Abstract The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between purposeful organizational forgetting and organizational agility, with respect to the moderating role of competitive intelligence. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and is a survey in terms of its nature. The statistical population of the research is employees of banks in Kashmar. The data collection method was a questionnaire consisting of 48 questions and consists of three standard questionnaires: purposeful organizational forgetting, organizational agility and competitive intelligence. The statistical method used in this study is the structural equation method. Data analysis was performed using SPSS and Smart PLS software. Findings of the research show that there is a positive and significant relationship between purposeful organizational forgetting and organizational agility. Also, four of the components of competitive intelligence moderate the relationship between purposeful organizational forgetting and organizational agility.

Abstract: 

The main purpose of the present study was to evaluate the quality assurance in new hired teachers training using the importance-performance analysis model. The research method was exploratory mixed in which the required qualitative and quantitative data were collected through interviews and two questionnaires retrieved from interviews. The statistical sample was selected by quantitative stratified random sampling method including 110participants and 25teachers. 30participants and 16 teachers were selected through purposeful sampling. In order to determine the validity of the qualitative and quantitative data, member checking method and experts review were used respectively. The reliability of the questionnaires was calculated using Cronbach's alpha method (0. 88for learners questionnaire and 0. 79for teachers questionnaire). Data were analyzed using qualitative content analysis method and statistical methods including Pearson correlation and Spearman correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, correlation t-test and differential scoring formula. Finally, after identifying the quality components in new teachers training, a new Performance Assessment Matrix with 48component was presented to improve the quality of teachers training in Iran. The results showed that instructors and learners shared the desirability and appropriateness of the educational center, the proportion of the duration of the course with the volume of content, the relative level of new teachers in terms of their respective knowledge and skills, and the new teachers' mastery of the required content. Learning the content of the curriculum has been cited as one of the most important indicators of quality assurance for new teachers.
