Purpose: In this era of knowledge and creativity are likely to draw the attention of managers on issues and subsequently, Danshgra people are more important than pragmatic people. Thus, this study aims to identify the attitudes of staff of the South Pars Special Economic Energy Zone petrochemical companies to use their knowledge management.. Methodology: A descriptive - survey. The population included 11, 424 employees, 13 of South Pars Petrochemical Special Economic Zone, which according to Morgan as the sample size was 370 people. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire. Its validity was confirmed by experts and professors and Cronbach's alpha was used to determine its reliability and 0.91 reliability was determined. Data analysis using descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation) and inferential (Spearman, I' m Whitney, Kruskal -Valys) software was SPSS21.Findings: The findings show that a positive attitude toward the application of knowledge management. And a significant positive correlation between gender, age, education and years of service with the attitude of the staff there. Moreover, based on the findings Mnadray difference between these variables and attitude toward applied knowledge management in the organization.Conclusion: Results of this study was to understand the accretion of knowledge and knowledge management in the organization, effective and accurate decisions in the light emphasizes knowledge sharing.

Purpose: This study aimed to assess the occupational health in the University Central Librarriess located in Tehran.Methodology: This study is a descriptive survey. The population consisted of central libraries of universities in Tehran (a total of 20 libraries). Data were collected using a questionnaire. The data obtained from the questionnaire were analyzed using SPSS software.Findings: Analysis showed that the health indicators if Tehran university libraries in total, is18 percent in poor condition, 40% percent medium, 36% good condition, and 3% very good condition. Health indicators are not observed in 3% of the libraries.Conclusion: Assessment of occupational health in Central University Libraries in Tehran with safety measures, showed that occupational health and safety is in medium condition and can be considered as successful.

Purpose: The purpose of this research is to assess the e-readiness assessment of Central Libraries at the Islamic Azad University, Branches of Tehran. This model includes six dimensions of human resources, electronic infrastructure, programs and networking services, information security, the external environment (other organizations) and Future development plans and policies.Methodology: The method conducted by this research, applied research in a way, descriptive-survey research, and the gathering data tool is the questionnaire. A new model for academic libraries offered e-readiness assessment is based on IUP, stope, e-readiness assessment of academic libraries by Noorafrooz, Hariri, Hanafizadeh. The statistical sample consisted of all officials and employees of Central Libraries at the Islamic Azad University. Branches of Tehran.Findings: Average calculated based on six factors examined, on the dimensions of human resources (31.56), electronic infrastructure (2.13), the status of programs and networking services (29.51), the status of information security (15.68), the relationship with the external environment (21.24) and Future development plans and policies (37.83) obtained those values. The findings indicated that efforts have been made to improve e-readiness and these efforts should be continued to reduce the digital divide and libraries could lead to a desirable level e-readiness remain.Conclusion: The results showed that the e-readiness of Central Libraries at Islamic Azad University, Branches of Tehran in the above-mentioned dimensions is moderate.
