Abstract: 

This study analyzed the theoretical innovation strategies and their impact on success of knowledge-based entrepreneurial businesses intermediatorchr('39')s absorption capacity. In fact, this paper explores how knowledge-based firms use their innovation strategies, which have the greatest impact on their entrepreneurial success, based on their absorption capacity. The study population was companies based in Isfahan research centersandby simple random sampling of 196 companies were selected as research sample fordistribution of questionnaire. For data analysis and hypothesis of structural equation modeling, Smart PLS 2 partial least squares software was used. The results of this study shows that the impact of innovation strategy on absorption capacity is7. 51%, and the impact on the absorption capacity of entrepreneurial success on knowledge-based firms is 7. 46 %. . .

Abstract: 

Alibaba Internet Company, with 693 million annual active users from the 12-month period ended September 2019, has been listed as one of the most successful companies in this field in the world, according to the data released. This study is based on a mixed-method approach which consists of two qualitative and quantitative stages. First, by reviewing the theoretical foundations of Internet business success factors, four main criteria including: marketing, information technology, infrastructure and cultural factors, were identified. Then, in the qualitative step, 17 factors were extracted as sub-criteria, by analyzing the documents’ content about Alibaba Company since 1999. Subsequently, these factors, in a quantitative stage, were prioritized using the fuzzy DEMATELtechnique by the views of e-commerce and marketingexperts. The reliability and validity of the research tool, has been confirmed using internal consistency and content validity, respectively. According to the findings, among the criteria, the information technology, has the highest impact on the success of Alibabachr('39')s electronic businesses. Based on the factors identified in Alibabachr('39')s success, Internet business executives can take steps toward excellence in their businesses. . .

Abstract: 

Social innovation has attracted the attention of many researchers in recent years; as it offers new answers to social challenges and whole community use its advantages. The main objective of this research is to design a social innovation success model in the Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation as a social organization. This research is fundamental-applied in term of purpose and its method is grounded theory. Participants of this research are experienced staffand experts in the processes of Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation that by combining the methods of purposive sampling, snowball and theoretical sampling, 16 wer selected to perform semi-structured interviews. Data analysed with more than 200 primary codes in Atlas. ti 8. Factors of mission and Strategy, Organizational Culture, Servant Leadership Style, Organizational Agility, Extensive and favorable interactions with Enviroment and Facilitating Financial Conditions recognized as factors for facilitator level. Abstract: 

The main purpose of this study is to predict the behavior of employees according to perception of possible changes in their organizational resources. This research aims to discover the latent behavioral intentions which individuals showing in common, within an organizational ecosystem through an objective approach. Using sequential exploration strategy, the research was implemented through 5 main steps and research model has been verified by means of experimental and empirical methods. The ecosystem studied in this study, was Iranian state and semi-state banks, which were precisely studied in 416 subjects. Also, in order to obtain a model for predicting the organizational behavior of employees, at first, behavioral intentions were typologized by conservation of resources approach, and then modeled with fixed and random effects in form of mixed equations. Results showed that predictions of human behaviors at the ecological level of resources have great commonalities that can be identified by a resource-based approach. The results also showed that the behavioral intentions of employees in Iranian state and semi-state banks in threatenedsocial support is to be passive, andin the presence of positive or negative perceptual interaction from leader, this tendency could change from " being passive” to "trying to retain" in both cases. Identifying the boundary points of changing behavioral intentions and the distance of employees’ “ behavioral intention" from these points was another finding of this study that could be a guide for regulating effective interventions of leadersin the studied ecosystem. . .

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to identify and evaluate the current status of organizational barriers affecting the implementation of strategy in public universities. For that reason, a multi-study design was used by a combination of review scoping, a qualitative case study and a survey. At the first study, we used review scoping, and analyzed studies in strategy implementation. The studies were selected with purposeful sampling from the scientific databases. At the second study by using a qualitative case study, views of 15 managers of Shiraz University were considered through semi-structured interviews and then data were analyzed using thematic analysis technique. Likewise, at the third study and the evaluation section, the status of key barriers to effective strategy implementation in the top five universities in the country has been assessed by using a survey method. Findings of the study indicated that numerous organizational barriers including academic leadership, the nature of strategy, academic culture, financial resources, technology, communication, strategy monitoring, structure and human resources in the public universities that have affected Strategy Implementation. The results also revealed that Academic cultureat Tehran University and Shiraz University, structureat Amirkabir UniversityandSharif University, and human resourcesat Science and Technology University, were the most important barriers to strategy implementation. . .

Abstract: 

Objective: This paper aimed to identify and classify high-educated emloyees expectations from the organization, and deisign a model of employer brand based on their expectations. Methods: This paper has a qualitative approach and used the grounded theory as a research method. In-depth and semi-structured interviews were used o collect data. In this regard, 25 experts who has job experience and high educationand graduated from high level universities participate in job interviews. The validity of this research was examined and approved by the interviewers, professors, and by content validity ratiowith coefficience of%62. And the reliability was %81 which obtained by using auditing result processmethodology. For data analysis, we used the continuous comparison method in three stages: open, axial, and selective coding. Results: Results revealed that mutual expectations between employee, job and organization had significant effects on employer brand experiences. Also, it was shown that employer brand experiences with contextual conditions (organizational capabilities, employer branding executive requirements, employer branding executives and HR management subsystems), and intervening conditions (candidate’ s persona, employer content marketing, employer branding challenges) had significant effects on employer brand equity strategies. Additionally, the findings indicated that the consequences of employee’ s attraction and retaintion, improvement of organizational and employee performance, customer and market, business brand, brand awareness, HR and external consequences.
