The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of transformational leadership on the coordination of supply chain with the mediating role of organizational learning (case study: Razi Mahshahr petrochemical company). The statistical population of this study is all experts, managers and staff of Razi Mahshahr petrochemical company. The population of this community is about 570 people. The statistical sample of the present study was selected based on the proportion of sample size with the studied population and 230 people were selected using Cochran’ s formula. This is an applied research and this research is descriptive-surveying in which the structural equation has been used for data analysis. The reliability coefficient for this study was calculated using Cronbach’ s alpha and in all cases the Cronbach’ s alpha for the total questionnaires was 0. 09 which has been statistically confirmed. The data were analyzed after collection using Lisrel and Spss software version 22, and therefore it was concluded that transformational leadership has an effect on supply chain coordination with the mediating role of organizational learning in Razi Mahshahr Petrochemical Company. Transformational leadership also has a positive and significant effect on the coordination of supply chain in Razi Mahshahr petrochemical company. Finally, transformation of leadership has a positive and significant effect on organizational learning in Razi Petrochemical Company, which indicates that all research hypotheses are approved.

One of the most important steps that successful organizations can take to improve their effectiveness is the timely damage identification of current operational processes in the organization which allows managers to be aware of the current issues and problems of their organization. The process of supplying items and distribution as one of the most important issues of the organization is of undeniable importance and necessity. The aim of this study is to identify the supply and distribution system of decentralized food items in a military-law enforcement center based on the three-pronged model. Therefore, research is descriptive in terms of practical results. To measure the variables, a researcher-made questionnaire was used, the content validity of which was confirmed by experts, and Cronbach’ s questionnaire was calculated for the final measurement. The sample studied in this research includes all managers and logistics experts due to the limited number of statistical population. The main results show that the underlying factors are appropriate and the structural factors are inappropriate, including instructions, planning, process and purchase method, manpower and budget. After identifying the weaknesses of the supply and distribution system, the necessary suggestions have been provided to improve this system.

Today, with the help of new technologies, communication is possible everywhere. Cloud computing is an emerging phenomenon which provides diverse and innovative services and applications with the help[of internet for businesses, individuals and governments, In recent years this technology has been of interest to scholars logistics and supply chain and they believe that the use of this technology can improve logistics processes. With this approach, the present study aimed to investigate the role of mediator in relation to cloud computing and the function of the logistics system in one of the military-police organizations. The present study is an applied research, the nature and methods are descriptive-surveying and it is considered correlational. Localized standard questionnaires was utilized For collecting the data of components research. In terms of sectional time and the look at the data type, this research is considered quantitative. In this study, sampling is random. The research population includes 440 personnel of logistics and technical information organizations that according to the method of Cochran the sample population was estimated at 206. In order to assess the reliability, alpha reliability coefficient is calculated by Cronbach’ s method The results of the reliability of cloud computing, integration of logistics and supply system performance, showed respectively, 0/865, 0/817 and 0/831. These numbers show the reliability of the questionnaire, in other words, the reliability is necessary. it is interesting to say that no question was removed due to inappropriate data and inadequacy to determine the variance in the data related to its variable. Content validity was assessed with the assistance of the credibility factor. Data analyzed were by structural equation modeling software LISREL 8/54. The findings showed that cloud computing directly and indirectly influenced the integration of logistics system performance. Therefore, it is concluded that the more improved logistics integration are, the more impact of cloud computing on the performance of logistics system we have. Therefore it is recommended to pay more attention to cloud computing in logistics system which can both directly and by strengthening the integration of logistics causes improvement in component performance (quality-flexibility-delivery).

Two-way supply chain necessitates the supply chain of organizations to better adapt themselves with environmental changes in business. The aim of this study was to evaluate the status of the two-way supply chain in the logistics of a military-service organization. In terms of purpose, this is an applied research and in terms of how data is collected, it is a descriptive-surveying research. The statistical population of the study includes commanders and managers of one of the defense organizations based in Tehran province with 110 people. Using the Cochran’ s formula, 85 people were selected as sample members. To gather information, the two-way supply chain questionnaire of wamba and his colleagues, which includes two dimensions of agility and adaptability, was modified and revised in accordance with the objectives, tasks and mission of the target organization, the validity of the questionnaires was confirmed based on the opinions of the experts and their reliability using Cronbach’ s Alpha coefficient. In data analysis, due to the normality of distribution, a parametric test (T-single sample) has been used. The results of the research hypotheses test indicate that the logistics of the study organization has an acceptable two-way supply chain.

Today, competition for organizational agility and improvinng service quality. It is known as a strategic issue for organizations operating in the military service sector. Examining and researching in the field of agility by emphasizing knowledge-based and knowledge management, can make a big leap in agility and high performance of supply chain management of military and police organizations. The present study intends to investigate the impact of technology, information and communication with the knowledge management approach in improving the mobility of supply chain management of military and police organizations. The aim of this study is to deetermine the various agility aspects and how to preform that in logistics system through information technology and communication. In this descriptive correlational study, a researcher-made questionarie was developed using the expert opinion of (jafari et al. 2007) and (Sharifi & zhang. 2001).The statistical population includes employees and manager who work in logistics organization which is a military and police organization. 100 experts were considered as statistical samples. Describtive and inferential statistical methods have been used to conduct this research. The main method for statistical analysis of data in this study is discriptive statistics (adjustment of descriptive statistics (adjustment of descriptive tables, mean, statistical charts), which can be used to estimate the validity of questions from inferential statistics tests(regression analysis, t-test, faridman and SPSS software used. based on the results, the variable of information technoloy and communication with knowledge management approach respectively has the ability to affect and improve flexibilty, responsiveness, speed, competence, and agility in the logistics system.

The management of green supply chain in industrial companies seeks to make use of this environmentally-friendly relationship throughout the supply chain by creating utility and governance to take advantage of this overall supply chain as a strategic tool in sustainable competitive advantage. The aim of study was to investigate the effect of green supply chain management on economic performance through the role of customer governance adjustment in Mapna company the research method is descriptive surveying the statistical population included 240 experts. The sample size was determined by using Cochran’ s formula and random sampling method of 148 people the tool which has been used is questionnaire their reliability was confirmed Cronbach’ s alpha coefficient alpha coefficient method of 0. 897 and instrument validity by content structure method the research data were analyzed using PLS software research indicate that the effects of green chain management on economic performance is at 3. 324. the effect of green chain management on costumer relationship governance is 6. 685. the impact of costumer relationship governance on economic performance is 7. 950. as a result green chain management affects economic performance and customer governance plays a moderating role in green supply chain management and economic performance managers can develop customer relationship knowledge skills and experience thorough training employees and using experienced people.
