Abstract: 

So far, there has been no coherent research on the elements of the jihadi organization, and the previous studies has focused on the jihadi spirit, jihadi culture, and jihadi management; Therefore, it is worthwhile to explain and theorize the components and elements of the jihadi organization at the macro, medium, and micro levels. This study aims to identify the elements of the jihadi organization on the one hand and determine the relationship between these elements and organizational effectiveness on the other. In this regard, first, through the analysis of qualitative content and based on the idea of the Supreme leader, and scientific and Islamic resources, elements of the jihadi organization were identified in three categories: anthropology, structural, and policy-making. Then, the components of these 3 categories were identified through the implementation of the Delphi panel among 8 social scientists and in two stages. Regarding the validity of the research findings, it should be said that in the whole process of implementing the Delphi stage, in addition to the panel, a number of experts in the field of jihadi management were used to control the initial questions. The validity and reliability of the quantitative research phase have been based on experts and Cronbach's coefficient respectively. Theoretical assistance is to research, identify, and categorize the anthropology, structural, and policy dimensions of jihadi organizations and determine their relationship to organizational effectiveness. Based on the research findings, 16 concepts / themes related to anthropology, 13 concepts / themes related to structures, 11 concepts / themes related to policy-making were identified and categorized. In the second stage of the research, the effect of the elements of the jihadi organization on the effectiveness of the organization was tested by modeling structural equations and random sampling from one of the Nezaja's units. Based on the research findings, the effect of jihadi organization on organizational effectiveness is positive and significant; also, the effect of the structure and anthropology of the jihadi organization on effectiveness is positive. Finally, there was not any significant effect of policy making on effectiveness. At the end, it is concluded that a jihadist can improve organizational effectiveness with good policy making in the context of dynamic structures.

Abstract: 

Undoubtedly, Command is the core of the armed forces. Command is the most important factor in maintaining the viability and success of a military organization and playing a vital role in its growth, development and progress. This study aims to explain the model of command and management in Imam Ali's point of view, which should always be considered by policymakers and commanders of defense organizations as a moral and Islamic model. The qualitative method and content analysis strategy were used accordingly. The research data were analyzed using Maxqda qualitative analysis software. In qualitative results of the study 66 sub-themes were extracted from Nahj al-Balagheh based on Imam Ali's statements about the commanders and their characteristics, that were categorized into 9 categories of Command Manners, Military Ethics, Personality Criteria, Military Selection, rights of the military men, Combat Practices, Leadership, Military rights over the rulers, and Command Selection.

Abstract: 

Cyberspace is a global domain in an information environment that encompasses intertwined networks including the Internet, Telecommunications networks, Computer systems, Processors, and Controllers. By considering the growing influence of ICT in various areas of societies, organizations and businesses; maintaining and improving the security of cyberspace is very important. In this regard, because of the position and direct effect of defense organizations in national security of the country, this importance will be vital. National and international reputable sources indicate the lack of integration of activities in this field, the lack of alignment and convergence of goals and policies, and insufficient attention to cyberspace security that consequently lead to serious vulnerability in the country. Accordingly, this study aims to provide a good cyber security governance model in defense organizations. In this inductive approach and mix method study, content of related documents were analyzed, experts were interviewed, and questionnaires were distributed based on the grounded theory strategy, and finally a model based on the paradigm model were presented. Based on the findings of the study, good governance of cyber security in defense organizations requires attention to the themes of strategic human capital management, design and implementation of indigenous framework of cyber security architecture, adaptability and flexibility in cyberspace security, cyberspace security risk management, reengineering of organizational structure and processes, management of related projects according to appropriate standards and methodologies, and development and establishment of a transcendent organizational culture.

Abstract: 

Military command is the most important element of any armed forces that makes them efficient and move them forward. Military command is a specialized profession and a combination of science, art and experience. Leadership is the main essence of military command that puts the mind, heart and body of the subordinates under the guardianship and guidance of Military command; It is also a kind of comprehensive administration and trust of God, the people and the Islamic Government to serve, strive, guide and train the forces under its command. It is for establishing justice and repelling falsehood and oppression by insight and readiness. In the Islamic Government, Imam Ali's behavior is a model of command, manifestation of sincerity, honesty, sacrifice, purity, tireless work and striving to excellence in theory and practice in the armed forces; therefore, considering to the behavior of Imam Ali is necessary for the military command of the armed forces. This study aims to provide a model of strategic military command, and answer to this question: "Can the teachings of Imam Ali lead to the model of military command? " In this strategic study data collection was based on the grounded theory method, which was measured by text content analysis. Findings reveal that the military command of the Imam Ali at the strategic level, has 14 dimensions: leadership, guidance, communication, motivation, authority, management, selection, planning, coordination, evaluation, control, monitoring, follow-up, consolidation, and strengthening. From the continuity of 320 concepts that have been extracted from Nahj al-Balaghah based on case-study method, 60 components have been formed and the combination of components has also acquired these dimensions.

Abstract: 

This study aims to compare the incidence of organizational citizenship behaviors between military served-students and non-military-served students. In the quantitative part of this mixed descriptive study, 350 participants (216 served and 134 unserved) were selected from among male students of Tehran University and Podsakov et al. (1990) organizational citizenship behavior questionnaire were distributed among them. To collect qualitative data, 15 students were selected and unstructured interviews were used to collect data. Findings of the quantitative section of the study showed that students who have completed military service exhibit more organizational citizenship behaviors than other students, especially in terms of Sportsmanship, Civic virtue, Conscientiousness. Qualitative data analysis showed that military service fosters positive traits such as hardship tolerance, responsibility, personality maturity, and increased self-control, reinforcement of religious beliefs, punctuality and orderliness. Also, the results of the triangulation of the findings showed that the findings of the quantitative section were consistent with the findings of the qualitative part of the study, which provided sufficient explanation for the higher level of citizenship behaviors of the served students. It can be said that military service leads to personality, moral and social development in individuals so that military served-students play their roles in society better than other people.

Abstract: 

Many organizations and companies are looking for solutions to create regular and formal processes for project management, which leads to more organization of the organization in conducting current projects in terms of time, budget and quality level. Description of tasks and goals can be based on the needs and characteristics of a variety of organizations, from setup and deployment project management office was expected. The most important expectation from the project management office is to create regular and integrated processes for project management in the form of a project management unit's methodology. The present research also using the research done to identify and explain the dimensions which is the organizations guide for the use of project management offices. Dimensions are identified as requirements for the implementation of the project management office project model. In this research, the importance and necessity of the project management office firstly state and after express theoretical and conceptual models project management office, project management office structure will be described. Then the conceptual model of the research presents and the elements of the conceptual model will be explained. Research data was collected through library and online studies and for confirmation of the model, a questionnaire of the Likert spectrum was surveyed from the organization's experts. In order to analyze the data, One of the military research organizations has been selected as the case study. Using Spss software, first the assumption of normal variables was tested using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and then using the T-Student test, the status of each of the components of the project management office was evaluated. The approved components of the project management office presented with the three main components of planning (project portfolio), delivery (Plan and project) and the center of excellence and in the form of 17 sub-components.
