The aim of this study is to design an industrial goods export ecosystem for SMEs, so that they can play a full role in the countrychr('39')s economic growth. Based on research literature, 15 actors influencing the export performance of industrial firms were identified and their relationship was analyzed by eleven experts from the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade, and the Iranian Chamber of Commerce, who were selected by judgmental sampling. Interviews have been analyzed through a causal cognitive mapping method and by Ucinet and Netdraw software. The actors influencing the export performance of the private sector in SMEs were classified into four clusters: Knowledge Hegemony, Culture of Product, Market Diplomacy, and human Structure of the Firm. The first three clusters have a strong and mutually interactive interaction, and the cluster of Human Structure of the Firm is also effective as an infrastructure element on Knowledge Hegemony and Cultures of Product. Enterprises should focus on all four of these clusters to achieve high export performance and design and implement unique strategies for each of them. Failure to pay attention to each of these four clusters will reduce the export performance of companies. Market Diplomacy, and Culture of Product are innovative concepts that companies need to learn in these areas for high export performance. . .

This paper focuses on the issue of decision making in context of uncertainty and in particular on decision making in innovation and knowledge-based Firms. Decision making in uncertain conditions has many complications that make it difficult to rely solely on analyzes and common models in decision making. Meanwhile, the need to consider alternative methods, especially in the real environment of decision making, is felt. In this research, with a descriptive approach, the model of this type of decision is specifically defined in knowledge-based firms with a quantitative method and structural equation modeling. Statistical analyses were performed on 320 researcher-made questionnaires containing 77 items. Smart PLS software was used for modeling. The obtained model shows that time and information categories play a significant role in creating uncertainty. This uncertainty ultimately leads to the decision-makerschr('39') reliance on intuitive decision-making. Underlying conditions and interventions include environmental turbulence, rivals, market changes, technological changes, changes in environments, experiences, education, curiosity, and patterns of mental patterns effect on intuitive decisions that themselves include improvements in speed and accuracy of decision making, creativity, satisfaction and performance of the company. . .

As the importance of supply chain management becomes more evident to the industry owners, the role of cooperation and integration of supply chain different components has become more vivid in creating competitive advantage. This paper proposes a comprehensive mathematical model for location-inventory-routing problem of perishable products given shortage, shipping time, and environmental considerations under uncertainty. To this purpose, an accurate solution was proposed by formulating the problem as non-linear programming of mixed integer using scenario-based stochastic approach. This approach simultaneously minimizes the sum of system costs (the cost of locating centers with certain level of capacity, operational cost of centers, transportation costs, maintaining inventory, and/or shortage of combined center of production/inspection), the sum of maximum time in the chain and emission of pollutants in the whole network. As the problem is NP-hard, a genetic algorithm approach has been proposed to solve the model. For validation, the results of the proposed algorithm in the small size examples were compared to the results of precise solution method. The obtained results revealed the capability of the proposed algorithm in reaching a solution with acceptable percentage difference and in a very shorter time compared to precise solution method. Additionally, the results from algorithm performance were investigated based on standard indicators. The computational results show the efficiency of the proposed model and solution method. . .

Today, intellectual capital in firms is an important topic that has drawn the attention of many financial market researchers. Also, firm managers’ compensation results in more value creation. The purpose of this research was to study the relationship between intellectual capital and its components and the board of directors’ compensation at Tehran Stock Exchange listed companies. The study covered a sample of 171 companies between 2007 and 2016. Multi-variable regression and the panel data method were used to test the research hypotheses. Results of testing the hypotheses of this research using Pulic’ s model (Pulic, 2000) show that even after controlling company’ s board of directors’ size, debt structure (financial leverage) and the independence of the board of directors, there is a positive and significant relationship between intellectual capital and the board of directors’ compensation. Furthermore, among the components of intellectual capital and the board of directors’ compensation, there is positive and significant relationship between the efficiency of the human capital and the efficiency of capital utilized; but the relationship between the efficiency of the structural capital and the board of directors’ compensation is positive but statistically insignificant. . .

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of enamel plate on the frequency variation of theta, alpha and beta brain waves, with emphasis on gender factor as a demographic variable, to answer to following question: How is a cultural luxury item like a enamel plate changing in the comparison between males and females, considering bioelectric activity of the cerebral cortex is affected by the color element. Values of public sector are considered to be key elements in this sector; identifying these values is important because they have guiding role for public sector as a compass. This paper aims to determine public acceptance values in Iranchr('39')s public sector. To this end, the identified values of theoretical literature were investigated using a fuzzy Delphi method based on consensus. Based on results of the research, values were identified in five categories (ethical, professional, democratic, human and religious). The findings of this phase were distributed among the staff of the Program and Budgeting Organization using a questionnaire to prioritize values. According to the results of this section, values such as honesty, fairness and saving in public property have higher priority and superiority and representation were the lowest priority. . .

The increasing importance of knowledge in economies has led to the knowledge-based economy. In fact, in this type of economy, the accumulation of science and knowledge from research and development has led to an increase in the rate of return on research and development projects and plays a significant role in creating wealth for a country. Accordingly, the main purpose of this paper is to evaluate the relationship between knowledge Economy Index (KEI) and Gross Domestic production (GDP) for Iran’ s Economy over the past 20 years. Therefore, the relation between knowledge Economy Index and GDP growth in 1996 to 2017 in Iran’ s economy through The Johansen test has been investigated. Results confirm a long-run relation between KEI and GDP growth during the studied period. Considering the significant contribution of knowledge-based economy to GDP growth, it seems it is necessary to pay attention to constructive variables of the s knowledge Economy and the production of knowledge-based products for Iran’ s economy. Regarding this result, policymaking for promoting knowledge-based economy should be concerned. . .
