Abstract: 

One of the main concerns of public administration today is in the practical and theoretical field of public accountability. If democracies in practice cannot hold people accountable for their actions, then democracy will only remain as talk and slogans, so given the importance of public accountability, the present study analyzes, identifies, and ranks public accountability dimensions of public accountability in public agencies. This research is a Mixed method of qualitative and quantitative methods. In the first stage, a qualitative and content analysis method was used to collect information from written and electronic sources to collect and identify public accountability factors. Secondly, Delphi technique was used to determine the dimensions of public accountability. According to experts, six factors of legal, financial, political, moral, democratic and performance accountability were identified as promoting public accountability in public accountability in public agencies. Based on the ratings, the highest score was obtained for legal accountability (4. 55) and the lowest score for performance accountability (3. 45). Using the results of this study, it reduced stress and succeeded in achieving goals effectively. Organizations will be helpful in public accountability.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of organizational structure on organizational silence. The present study is a correlation in terms of practical purpose and descriptive research method. The Robins Organizational Standard Structure Questionnaire (1360) and the Vocula and Boradas Organizational Silence Standard Questionnaire (1384) were used to collect data. The statistical population of this study included all employees of Hormozgan Province Disciplinary Command Headquarters, which is a statistical sample based on Cochran's formula; 195 people. In order to deductively analyze the data, measuring instruments such as SPSS software, spreiman correlation coefficient, regression and Friedman test were used. Test results show that there is a significant relationship between organizational structure and its components with organizational silence. Also, according to Friedman's test, complexity with a coefficient of 2. 24 is in the first priority, therefore it has the greatest effect on organizational silence, and then recognition with a coefficient of 1. 93 is in the second priority and concentration with a coefficient of 1. 92 is in the third and final rank. As a result, it has the least effect on organizational silence in the NAJA.

Abstract: 

The purpose of the study was to identify the quo and desirable culture in the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee. this study is applied and field-survey research. for data analyzing the SPSS23 and pls softwares is used. learning organizational culture and its components was measured based on a standardized questionnaire based on Marsick's and Watkins (2003) with Likert scale (5 options) with 54 items (creating continuous learning opportunities, promoting discourse culture and dialogue, encouraging collaboration and learning, creating a system for sharing learning, the individuals' ability in collective view, the organization's responses to environmental challenges, and the provision of strategic leadership for learning). Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was used to estimate the validity and reliability of the learning organizational culture that were confirmed Convergent Validity and Discriminant Validity also composite reliability of the organizational learning culture questionnaire the variables The results of analysis have shown that the status the mean of 7 components of learning organizational culture, According to Central Limit Theorem and the comparison of the average of each of components (with number 3) with regard the t statistic, is higher than the average (number 3).

Abstract: 

The research method used was a descriptive – correlation and survey method. To determine the sample size, the Cochran formula was used and the sample size was (n = 74). Abstract: 

In many countries of the world, public sector employees' trust in organizations is declining and one of the mechanisms that promotes trust in these organizations is the use of spiritual leadership. Therefore, researchers have conducted this study with the aim of investigating the relationship between spiritual leadership and organizational trust. The statistical population is the staff of the Golestan Police Headquarters. Using Cochran's formula and simple random sampling, 92 people were selected as the sample size. The research method is descriptive-correlation based on user purpose and based on data collection. The method of data collection is library and field. Data were collected using a questionnaire and its validity was confirmed through face validity and its reliability due to the fact that Cronbach's alpha was above 0. 7. The results of the analysis using Pearson test showed that there is a significant relationship between the dimensions of spiritual leadership and vertical organizational trust in the police force of Golestan province.

Abstract: 

The present study examines the impact of health-oriented leadership (HoL) on health outcomes of police officers. HoL refers to leaders’ health-specific orientation toward followers and includes behavioural as well as mo-tivational and cognitive aspects. We tested whether HoL has a direct effect on police officers’ mental and physical health and whether this relationship is mediated by work-related health behaviours of the officers themselves. Data were collected at a large urban police department in Germany (n = 811). Results indicate that HoL is negatively related to levels of burnout, depression and physical complaints among police officers and is positively related to their state of well-being. The relationship between leadership and well-being was partially mediated by the officers’ own health-related behaviours, indicating that HoL also affects followers’ well-being by promoting health-related self-care at work. The results emphasize the importance of leadership for follower health and provide valuable information for leader-ship development in the context of police work.
