Aims: To explain the nurses' experience of stress and resilience in the context of field-dependent theory. Method: The study was a qualitative study based on Glazier method. The statistical population of the study consisted of all the heads of Shohadaye Tajrish hospital in Tehran in year 1398. Fifteen individuals were selected using purposive sampling method. The information was collected through semi-structured interviews until theoretical saturation. Data were analyzed using open, axial and selective coding. Results: from the participants' point of view, five main factors related to nurses' stressfulness emerged in the hospital environment that could reflect nurses' perceptions of stressors and resiliency factors, including organizational justice perception, Interpersonal factors, environmental factors, patient factors, and family factors. Conclusions: According to the results, factors affecting the promotion of resilience of nurses include coping strategies, conflict management strategies, error handling strategies, perceived personal resources, and job-related factors.

Personality (Johnson & Webster, 2010) and athletic self-esteem (Willie & Knight 2002). Data were analyzed using one-sample T-test, two-sample T-test and ANOVA. Results: There was a significant negative relationship between dark personality traits and sport self-esteem (P< 0/05). Conclusions: Understanding the relationship between dark personality traits and athletic selfesteem enhances our ability to attribute personality traits.

Background: Several studies have investigated the factors associated with Internet addiction and attitude to messenger software. But research that examines the relationship between addiction and attitude to mobile messenger software and how peer-to-peer students interact in the teaching-learning process of the curriculum has been neglected. Aims: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between addiction and attitude towards mobile messenger software and the relationship between peer-to-peer students in the teaching-learning process of the curriculum: a case study of secondary school students in Khash city. Method: The present study was a descriptive correlational study. The population of the study consisted of 3542 students (1232 girls and 1759 boys) in the second high school male and female students of Khash city. Based on Morgan table, 340 individuals were selected by cluster random sampling. The standard questionnaire of addiction and attitude to Zare Moghaddam and Salehnia mobile messenger software (2015) and Walter Debussy Hudson (1992) Peer Relationship Index (IPR) were used to measure research variables. Spearman correlation and independent t-test were used for data analysis. Results: The results indicated that there is a relationship between addiction and attitude towards mobile messenger software and the relationship between high school students in Khash city in teaching-learning process. Also, the results of independent t-test showed that the mean of addiction and attitude to mobile messenger software and students' relationship in teaching-learning process in girls was higher than boys (P< 0/01). Conclusions: Therefore, it can be concluded that addiction and attitude to messenger mobile software are effective in students' learning-process.

Aims: This result can be financed to the second diabetic budget as master of singing and hypnotherapy on perceived stress. Method: Seeing this plan you can submit your proposal using the proposed plan. The statistical population of this study includes all men 40-68, can be sampled in Tehran in the year 2019 45 people can be sampled and can be based on decision making and as a The decision maker was divided into three groups, two experimental groups and one control group (15 individuals per group). Research and interpretation tools include: Cohen's et al. (1983) Perceived Stress Scale and locally administered protocols (Kabat Zain, 2015) and Hypnotherapy (Aladdin & Alibi, 2015). Statistical data transmission services, mixed variance analysis was used. Results: It is possible to indicate that two viewpoints and hypnotherapy have significant effect on perceived stress And there was no difference between the effects of the two treatments(P< 0/001). Significance of the standard of time effect of Barrett scores on follow-up scores was significant(P< 0/001). The difference between the perceived stress scores in the three proposed periods is permissible and disagrees as a group(P< 0/001). Abstract:

Background: Previous studies have identified cultures and introduced the culture of students to themselves and other different cultures. However, there is little research on the multidisciplinary study of high school students on multicultural components in the research gap curriculum. Aims: The purpose of this study was to identify the perception of second grade high school students of multicultural components in the curriculum. Method: This was a descriptive-survey research. The statistical population consisted of all high school students of Tehran Secondary School in the academic year of 2018-2019. 382 students were selected by stratified random sampling from north, south, east, west. The research tools are: researcher-made questionnaire (including 23 questions in 5 components, acceptance of diversity and plurality, peaceful coexistence with respect, avoidance of prejudice and prejudice, consideration of ethnic customs and customs, coverage of ethnic groups). Results were analyzed by partial least squares (PLS) method. Results: Students have a high understanding of the components of multicultural education such as acceptance of diversity and pluralism, peaceful coexistence with respect, avoidance of prejudice and prejudice, but of the components of attention to customs, customs and language, covering and perceiving ethnicity. Not high (P< 0/05). Conclusions: The students' perception model has a good fit with the components of acceptance of diversity and plurality, peaceful coexistence, attention to customs, avoidance of prejudice and discrimination and ethnic clothing coverage.

Aims: To determine the effect of imaginative visualization method on activation of release schemas and reduction of interpersonal dependence in people with extreme avoidance and compensation coping styles. Method: This was a quasi-experimental study with pre-test and post-test design with control group. The statistical population consisted of all women with avoidance and excessive coping styles in Tehran who were selected 24 purposively and were randomly assigned to experimental and control groups (n= 12). Research tools are: Release Schema (Young, 2003), Interpersonal Dependency (Herschild et al., 1977), and Imagination Imagination Intervention (Lajevardi, Mirzah Hosseini, and Munirpour, 2018). Data were analyzed using covariance method. Results: The results showed that there is a significant difference between the experimental and control groups in post-release and individual attachment schemas, and the imaginative visualization method in activating the release schemas and reducing interpersonal attachment in people with stylistic behaviors. Extreme avoidance and compensation are effective (p≤ 0/001). Conclusions: The imaginative visualization method enabled activation of release schemas and reduced interpersonal dependency of individuals with extreme avoidance and compensation coping styles.
