Abstract: 

تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه کیفیت زندگی مدرسه با توسعه قابلیت های کارآفرینی و اهداف پیشرفت دانش آموزان دختر مدرسه کارودانش شهر بندرگزصورت گرفت. روش تحقیق توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود و جامعه آماری نیز شامل تمامی دانش آموزان دختر مدرسه کارو دانش شهر بندرگز به تعداد 190 نفر می باشند که براساس جدول گرجسی و مورگان 123 نفر از دانش آموزان دختر با روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده ها نیز شامل پرسشنامه های استاندارد کیفیت زندگی در مدرسه اینلی و بورک (1999)، قابلیت های کارآفرینی زندی (1392)، اهداف پیشرفت میگلی و همکاران (2000) بود. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آزمون ضریب همبستگی اسپیرمن و رگرسیون گام به گام با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS18 صورت گرفت. یافته ها نشان داد بین مولفه های کیفیت زندگی مدرسه (رضایت عمومی، ماجراجویی، رابطه با معلم، پیشرفت، فرصت، انسجام اجتماعی) با توسعه قابلیت کارآفرینی و اهداف پیشرفت در دانش آموزان دختر مدرسه کارودانش شهر بندرگز رابطه مثبت و معناداری داشت و بین عواطف منفی با توسعه قابلیت کارآفرینی و اهداف پیشرفت در دانش آموزان دختر مدرسه کارودانش شهر بندرگز رابطه منفی وجود دارد و همچنین دیگر نتایج تحقیق نشان داد مولفه های رابطه با معلم، فرصت و عواطف منفی قادر به پیش بینی توسعه قابلیت های کارآفرینی در دانش آموزان بودند ومولفه های رابطه با معلم و فرصت نیز قادر به پیش بینی اهداف پیشرفت در دانش آموزان بود.

Abstract: 

One of the important indicators for measuring the development of any country are the employment status of women and the type of their participation. In our country, despite the fact that women make up half of the population and have gone through an upward trend in terms of obtaining higher education, but in terms of employment status, they have not been able to achieve a proper position in terms of personal, social and legal capacities. The general purpose of writing this article is to investigate the impact of technical and vocational education on women's empowerment in Hamedan province. In the present study, descriptive-analytical method as well as Excel and SPSS software have been used. According to this study, which was conducted during the period of 2006-2016 in Hamedan province, we conclude that factors such as acquiring the required skills and eliminating discrimination in the labor market according to the competency models and career promotion policies of women and Also, laws related to obtaining financial resources and changing attitudes in social beliefs in the field of technical and vocational education can be effective in empowering women. The results of the present study can be used by policy makers in the field of implementation as well as women interested in development and progress.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to identify the factors affecting the selection of technical and vocational students from the perspective of students, parents and managers-teachers in Sari. The research method was descriptive-survey and the statistical population of boyschr('39') technical and vocational schools in Sari area. Sampling method was cluster random sampling. Finally, 72 managers and teachers, 184 students and 122 parents answered the questionnaire. The research tool was a systematic researcher-made questionnaire with Likert-type 4-point scale containing 25 questions. Content validity coefficient based on cvr was 0. 99 and reliability of questionnaire for parents, students and managers-teachers was 0. 79, 0. 82 and 0. 71, respectively. Data were analyzed by SPSS 21 software in two sections: descriptive and inferential statistics (t-test and Friedman test). The results of this study showed that from the viewpoint of managers and teachers, the first priority and the self-employment loans are the last priority. From the parents chr('39')perspective, the labor market is the top priority and self-employment loans are the top priority, and from the studentschr('39') point of view, the labor market is the top priority and fear of failure.

Abstract: 

The work environment curriculum means understanding and apprehension the ways in which knowledge is identified, organized and transformed into skills. And the Common place curriculum in the work environment identifies the set of components used to decide on how to write a curriculum in a real work environment. Therefore, the goals of this study is the determination of the Common place curriculum in the real working environment. The methodology of qualitative research is based on the Grounded Theory of the exploratory scheme. The statistical population is composed of University Directors and executive backgrounds and experts in the organization of vocational education and training. The statistical samples was selected purposefully and based on snowball method. Qualitative data analysis was performed using Strauss and Corbin (2008) coding process. Through open coding, pivot coding, selective coding of categories, the following categories were counted. After reviewing and matching these codes and removing repeat codes, common codes were identified. The findings of the research showed that the main areas of the curriculum include causal conditions, ground conditions and intervening conditions, the main elements of the curriculum and its application in the real working environment. The results of the research can help policymakers and planners of vocational and technical training to write curriculum in the real work environment.

Abstract: 

Pathology is a systematic process of data collection in order to interact effectively and beneficially in order to solve problems, challenges, pressures and environmental constraints. By comparing and evaluating the current and favorable situation of media entrepreneurship, we can identify the strengths and weaknesses of this. The system realized and made suggestions to improve them. The present study includes experts in the field of entrepreneurship, media and skills training. Its content validity was confirmed by seven media experts and Cronbachchr(chr('39')39chr('39'))s alpha reliability coefficient (0. 931) was used to determine its reliability. In accordance with the patterns of tool construction in management sciences for the stages of indexing and performing content validity, exploratory factor analysis has been performed to determine the initial factor structure. In data analysis, a single sample t was used for the existence of media entrepreneurship variables in the appropriate situation and an independent t was used to determine the gap between the current and desired situation in the entrepreneurial system and the following were obtained:-Attention to input, process, output and environmental factors has been less than desirable.-Attention to input, process, output and environmental factors has been less than desirable.-The least attention is paid to environmental and process factors, in contrast, the most attention is paid to input factors.

Abstract: 

The main purpose of this research is to formulate and rank the human resources strategies of Iran Technical and Vocational Training Organization. The present research is applied in terms of its purpose, in terms of nature and method, descriptive-analytical and in terms of field performance. In this research, firstly, with the help of strategy Formulation techniques, the most important internal and external factors were identified, and initial organizational strategies were developed using the strengths and weaknesses matrix, opportunities and threats. In this research, a novel linear goal programming technique, one of the new methods for weighting, has been used to formulate a SWOT strategy and to rank human resources strategies. Based on the results of the research, 11 strategies including 3 SO strategies, 3 WO strategies, 3 ST strategy and 2 WT strategies were identified. In the final ranking, the tenth strategy that "systematizes the appointment of employees based on their competence" is ranked first, and the rest of the strategy is ranked. It is suggested to managers of the organization to position their employeeschr(chr('39')39chr('39')) appointment and career progression based on their competencies and capabilities in order to increase the motivation of the employees.
