Abstract: 

The use of innovative approaches to teaching and assessing their effectiveness for increasing productivity of labor in vocational training objectives are. The aim of this study was to determine the effect of the method of inventive problem solving (TRIZ) on creative thinking, problem solving and empowerment and professional training schools are among trainees. The research method is a quasi-experimental research and by considering the experimental and control group which was done among technical and professional training centers in Kurdistan province. Information gathering tool was using of standards tools and at the end, data were entered into the SPSS software and they were analyzed in two sections of descriptive and inferential approaches. Findings showed International Education Therese and creative thinking, problem solving abilities in pre-training and post-training significant differences were observed. Due to the effect of inventive problem solving (TRIZ) using this method can enhance the effectiveness of skills training has a positive and significant role.

Abstract: 

The purpose of this study was to compare the competency-based learning approach versus skill-based and knowledge-based learning from the viewpoint of teachers in vocational schools in District 1 of Urmia. The research method is practical in terms of purpose, and descriptive-survey in terms of kind. The statistical population consisted of 164 teachers of technical and vocational schools in a district of Urmia in the academic year of 2018-2019. 120 subjects were selected randomly as one-step cluster sampling. The data gathering tool, was searcher-made questionnaire, consists of 28 questions related to competency-based, skill-based, and knowledge-based learning approaches. Validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by a number of faculty members of the educational sciences of Tabriz University and teachers of vocational schools, after Applying some suggestions and modifications. To assess the reliability of the questionnaire, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used which was equal to 0. 78. One-way analysis of variance analysis was used to analyze the data. The observed F value showed that there is a significant difference between the choices of teachers based on the above mentioned approaches. From the viewpoint of teachers in technical and vocational education, the competency-based approach with a mean of 4. 26 and standard deviation of 0. 45 is more important than two skill-based approaches with a mean of 3. 95, standard deviation of 0. 46 and knowledge-based with a mean of 33. 3 and standard deviation of 0. 76.

Abstract: 

The present research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive and survey method. The statistical population of the study consisted of all primary school teachers in the cities of Isfahan, Tehran and Shahrekord in the number of 21115 people, based on the Cochranchr('39')s formula, 400 people were selected as the sample size. The sampling method was a multi-stage random cluster that was selected from six districts of Isfahan, nineteen districts of Tehran and two districts of Shahrekord. The data collection tool was a researcher-made test that contained 116 questions on a Likert scale. Content validity has been confirmed by respected supervisors, consultants and experts in this field and its reliability has been estimated by Cronbachchr('39')s alpha method (0. 81). Data were analyzed at two levels of descriptive statistics (frequency tables, percentages and graphs) and inferential statistics (chi-square test) using SPSS software. The results showed that the highest mean response score in the component of teacherschr('39') professional development in the field of educational skills was 4. 32 for teachers and the lowest mean response score was in the field of communication skills with 3. 35. The highest mean response score in the component of teacher empowerment component in the dimension of cognitive competencies was 4. 43 for teachers and the lowest mean response score was in the dimension of identity level with 3. 53

Abstract: 

We live in an era with unprecedented social, economic, technological and environmental problems, so we need to improve and change the conditions on a global scale. Since education is accepted as an essential element in the process of national development and progress, it can play an important role by the teachers in the success of the educational system to create a positive evolve in the society. Current educational systems are based on verbal-linguistic and mathematical-logical intelligence, which is defined as IQ or intelligence quotient, and therefore focuses mostly on left side-brain functions focusing on these functions will caused problems so it will reduce and eliminte one's individual entrepreneurial potentials, including creativity. task risking, critical thinking, internal control, self-confidence, and exc. with is essential for an entrepreneurship mentality. In this research, while discussing briefly the concept, fundamentals and characteristics of entrepreneurship, the topic characteristics of bachelors student whos major is primary school education and curriculum components is also discussed in detail. The results of the present study indicates that it is essential to create economic growth and innovation in different jobs, increase happy and capable citizens in solving long-term issues and problems having, opportunities and gaps, "entrepreneurship lessons" for primary education students, and mobilizing them with entrepreneurial traits and competencies At the end, some suggestions regarding the mental-psychological characteristies of educational entrepreneurs as a compulsory unit in elementary education were presented presented entrepreneurship courses.

Abstract: 

The aim of this study was to identify and prioritize jobs with employability and sustainable income and to determine skills training needs appropriate to the market in terms of target groups including rural communities, home-based businesses, nomadic communities, guilds, prisons, business management centers, barracks, informal settlements and urban branches have been established in North Khorasan province. This research was conducted in terms of purpose, application and data analysis at both descriptive and inferential levels. In order to collect data, in addition to using documents and reports, two other tools, namely semi-structured interviews and questionnaires, were used. The focus of the semi-structured interview was on identifying the requirements, jobs and skills with more employability and more stable income in North Khorasan Province. The validity of the interviews was assessed using the participants chr('39')review method and the validity and reliability of the questionnaires were evaluated and confirmed by citing expertschr('39') opinions and Cronbachchr('39')s alpha coefficient, respectively. The statistical population of the study is a variety of experts from the provincechr('39')s technical and vocational training centers, experts from the General Directorate of Industry, Mining and Trade, agricultural jihad, cooperation, labor and social welfare, cultural heritage, handicrafts and tourism, faculty members, trainees of technical and vocational organizations and have been entrepreneurs and business owners of North Khorasan province. The most important results of the research are achieving a model consisting of 58 jobs with the characteristics of employability and sustainable income generation according to the target groups of technical and vocational education programs.

Abstract: 

In this article, technical and vocational training for prisoners in penitentiaries is examined. The present study, in a qualitative way and with a social interpretive approach, has tried to answer the question of what problems and obstacles do skill training courses offered in prison face? Answer. In this regard, in-depth interview techniques were used and then analyzed using groanded theory strategy. In the central coding stage, it was observed that the major categories can be analyzed according to SWOT analysis, and finally the proposed proposals were presented according to the same model after presenting the final theory of the groanded theory theory. The results of the study indicate that the skillful training of prisoners is influenced by the macro-structural factors of society and the middle level of the organization such as bureaucracy and environmental and physical factors on the motivation of educators and prisoners and the effectiveness and efficiency of training courses in prison. It will be effective.
