Awareness of any current system situation and its processes are the first step of decision making and policy setting for optimal management of an organization. Any decision making and investment in a company are in fact investment in equipment, human resources and system knowledge, are no exception of this principle. Combination of the mentioned factors known as technology, demands an efficient and programmed management, the management without evaluation, knowledge and enough awareness of technology performance and requirements will be quite impossible and at last lead to a non-productive situation. Technology evaluation models as tools of technology management help organizations with an ideal management of systems technology components and output. This paper, at first introduces the concepts of technology, technology components and technology evaluation and then with the help of Atlas Technology Model, analyzes and evaluates the technology components of the associated companies of Bargh Tehran organization and presents the results of this survey and proposed suggestions.

The objective of this study is to construct an approach based on the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) and balanced score card (BSC) for evaluating an IT department in the manufacturing industry. The BSC concept is applied to define the hierarchy with four major perspectives (i.e. financial, customer, internal business process, and learning and growth), and performance indicators are selected for each perspective. A fuzzy AHP (FAHP) approach is then proposed in order to tolerate vagueness and ambiguity of information. A FAHP information system is finally constructed to facilitate the solving process. The results provide guidance to IT departments in the manufacturing industry regarding strategies for improving department performance. The constructed information system is suggested to be a good tool for solving other multiple- criteria decision- making problems.

After termination of vertical integrating era in which the organizations themselves carried out and performed ensuring supply chain activities throaty from its beginning to the end (from ensuring layer to distribution layer and deliverance of clients' productions and services), now the era of organizational outsourcing activities has appeared. Nowadays, measurement and control of the outsourcing activities is one of the managers disturbances. And this has exposed to the experts' style and thoughts because of human's judgment and reasoning and more above all, lack of certainty conditions in marked measurement and this will risk the subject's continuation of outsourcing activities. After the contemplation of accomplished studies related to marked measurement and standards of producers' operation, we have examined existing measurement method in this essay and we present a portion fuzzy control of measurement distinction method according to its operation. At the end regarding the subject importance while doing an empirical study in industry section we'll analyze and assimilate the outcomes.

Enterprise Resource Planning systems (ERP) are pre engineered packages designed for internal information processing and facilitating integration of the information of the firms and fast responding to the customers. Implementation of these systems is always time consuming and expensive and all parts of the organization will be challenged with the implementation process. Evidence indicates that despite the excessive time and cost, unfortunately most firms haven't implemented these systems successfully and others which climes success, have some problems with after implementation. For protecting the organizations against the risks and dangers of ERP, it is necessary that managers arrange an investigation for organizational readiness assessment before ERP implementation. In this study we tried to extract factors for organizational readiness assessment. 18 criteria extracted from literature and these factors analyzed by Factor analysis and summarized to 5 factors and the most important criterion had been Specified this research is very useful for those company which wants to implement ERP system.

eGovernment has been defined as an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) enabled route to good governance for citizen and business, employees and other governmental organizations. eGovernment is an evolutionary path that its effective implementation requires a comprehensive vision. For the employing eGovernment, first of all we need to know what its current and desirable position is. Then we can present a good plan for reaching the desirable position. This paper introduces a new heuristic model that could be used to measure eGovernment maturity called "eGovernment Maturity Model for Iran's Ministry of Commerce" (eGMMIMC). According to this model, maturity of an organization is equal to sum of subsidiaries, maturity. For deploying this model in the Iran's Ministry of Commerce, we developed a fuzzy system and measured eGovernment maturity. According to the results, eGovernment for Iran's Ministry of Commerce is in the lowest level entitled Readiness.

One of the most important affect the impact on competitiveness of firms is the best location. Many types of industrial center location models have been developed to find optimal location with respect to various location criteria such as cost, time, transportation, market, Labor and etc. In this paper we develop and test a location model that utilizes multi attribute decision making method (MADM) for solving location problems at the national level. This model has been developed for an aluminum factory. We define the criteria with respect to factory requirements, experts & managers considerations, factory location problems and special policies about industrial location in Iran. We believe that the presented model provides a rich approach for solving location problems in our country.

In this study, we identify the strategic alliances and investigate their critical success factors. Based on the literature review, was identify and select the most important behavioral parameter, namely Trust and analyze the state of it in one of the most important strategic alliances on Iranian Automotive Industry. Thus, we behaviorally and indirectly analyze the success of alliance performance by the most important success factor and also we have gained a comprehensive insight about trust among partners, its dimensions and level of alliance performance.
