Tire as an important part of automobile has many effects on its performance. There are various methods to study tire's mechanical behaviors. Among these methods, Mathematical methods are more important and useable methods for their capabilities. Among mathematical models, we have used MADM (Multiple Attribute Decision Making) techniques in this research to rank effective factors (indicators) on tire quality. Customer satisfaction is the aim of all producers and productions. Noting this, the most important and effective factors on tire quality, are identified and ranked by specialists. Mathematical statement of this research is selecting effective and important factors (indicators) on tire quality and ranking them with AHP and ENTROPY techniques. Five tire brands with different quality are selected as alternatives in this project. Then TOPSIS and ELECTRE techniques are used for ranking these alternatives and decision making about them. Finally four states of ranking are resulted that other three MADM techniques (Mean, Borda and Copland techniques) are used for integrating these ranking and achieving acceptable result.

Scientific relation is one the basic facets of scientific institution. Scientific and specialized journals are one of the routes of science generation. Also they are responsible for creating connection between scientists of different scientific fields. This article tries to investigate research trends of management journals through content analysis. Thus, the research was done by using Comings database which is on internet and the methodology is content analysis. 2868 references of four academic management journals were gathered which was published during 1981 to 2001 and the references were in 197 pages. Independent variables include article numbers, publishing year, journal kind and number of writers. Dependent variables consist of 24 trends of organizational researches. Collected data was analyzed with SPSS.

Although many studies and researches have done under supply chain management domain and its performance from many aspects, performance measurement issues at this field of knowledge can be developed from some viewpoint like: selection process of appropriate and relevant measures, mathematical techniques of assessment and accessibility to furthered usage virtue of computation Procedures. At SCM some Drawbacks Influences efficiency and effectiveness of performance measurement systems, in this paper we intent to cover and answer to these Deficiencies with a general multi layer framework which is based on two approaches for SCM performance measurement, these are: effectiveness of SCM strategic goals and consent meet of facilities in supply chain. Also appropriate measures determine and investigate with new nominate evidence methodology. This technique is based on consideration of SCM strategic goals evidence and also critical success factor determination at each echelon of supply chain.

Efficiency-oriented instrumental rationality which is considered by management scholars is going to be replaced by Context-bound Rationality in sociological approach. Economical logic of efficiency necessitates the structure to be designed in order to increase the efficiency of the organization and to contribute to optimization, while social logic of legitimacy deems the symbolic functionality of the structure necessary for organizations and recommends duty- bound avoidance of efficiency in designing organizational structure. This article tries to clarify the impact of water as determinant factor in social structure of Iran and its concealment in historical unconscious and consequently its influence on formal and contemporary real organizational structures.

In a knowledge- based economy, products and companies live and die on information and the most successful companies are the ones who use their intangible assets better and faster. Researches have indicated that inverse decreasing returns of traditional resources such as land, money, machinery. Knowledge is really a resource to increase business performance. From a strategic perspective, intellectual capital (IC) is used to create and enhance the organizational value, and success requires IC and the ability to manage this scarce resource controlled by a company. In addition to, one of the most important organizational capabilities is social capital that can contribute to create and share knowledge in organizations and to make sustainable organizational advantage for them in comparisons with their competitors. Thus, the objective of this article is discussing on the role of social capital in developing intellectual capital in two automobile maker Companies in Iran. The method of this research was descriptive and analytical. Statistical Community of the research consists of supervisors, general managers and top managers. The results of this research indicate there is a significant positive relationship between social capital and intellectual capital in the two studied companies.

A critical aspect of supply chain management is the selection of an appropriate type of supply chain to achieve optimal performance. This paper classifies manufacturing supply chains into three types; namely, lean, agile, and hybrid. The characteristics of these supply chains are presented. It is proposed that the selection of an appropriate type of supply chain should be driven by the characteristic of product that an organization is manufacturing. This paper discusses supply chain type that is necessary for success across three types of products: standard (functional), innovative, and hybrid. It develops a framework for categorizing the supply chain types based on product characteristics and stage of the product life cycle. The key success factor for a product change as the product moves through its life cycle, and this may require different supply chain characteristics and capabilities. A model is then developed and implemented to assist organizations in supply chain selection.
