Abstract

Authority is a POWER that gets its legitimacy from RELIGION, law, tradition, norm, …. National AUTHORITY results from economic, military, cultural, political, scientific and legal technology POWERs. What are the cultural or cultural POWER factors as the AUTHORITY, factors, and what is the role of ARMED FORCES in this. To answer this question, we should explain the national AUTHORITY and the relation of ARMED FORCES with it. For this purpose, data was gathered through library research and the most important factors of national and religious AUTHORITY, NATIONAL UNITY and NATIONAL IDENTITY were determined. Obtaining the elites’ attitudes, the writer determined this factor as the most important one in national AUTHORITY.
