Abstract

Syllabuses of the police students who are the graduates of non – military universities should be planned in a way to satisfy their future career requirements. The present paper has identified and determined SUBJECT MATTERs for different types of Iran Police University students including the above mentioned ones. The results of the analysis show that recruiting such students and applying them in operational jobs is not appropriate; They are suitable most in other nonoperational jobs. The findings also demonstrated that the SUBJECT MATTERs passed by the students graduated in law are shared most by the police university students studying in law Enforcement jobs.
