Abstract

DISTURBANCEs on the way of missions are among the probable problems in different organizations which prevent them from development. This is the case for the police organization.The present study tries to explore the "DISTURBANCE" issue in Tehran POLICE STATIONS' missions. Strategies attained from the SITUATIONAL PREVENTION techniques were implemented in this study to prevent DISTURBANCE in missions.The collected data were analyzed; the findings demonstrated that the following strategies are effective enough: hanging the closed rooms to outdoor rooms; separating the report taking and complaints units from the other ones; developing the recording system for missions; linking the police station system with the judicial systems; developing the surveillance teams.
