Abstract

People try to use safe, fast, and cost effective tools to transfer the value of their net interchanges; one of the tools is cheque. Such tool will develop more in future. Cheque has always been the target of various offences like FORGERY, theft, fraund …, so it is of great importance.The present paper is of five sections: Introduction, literature review, methodology, analysis, and conclusion. The fundamental aim of this paper is clarification of POLICE and economic consequences of using traveller's cheques. This research tries to answer the following questions: 1- what are the POLICE-economic consequences of using traveller's cheque?2- What are the ill economic consequences of using traveller's cheque?3- What is the most significant POLICE consequences of using traveller's cheque?4- What role dose traveller's cheque play in CRIMEs?
