Abstract

Cohesion and Coherence in society are maintained through legality and legality is defined as the acceptance of the logic of LAW. Some people break the LAW or at least do not respect it. In order to clarify the roots of LAWlessness, one should explore it from different viewpoints.The present paper tries to answer this question:" which factors (Political, management, economic, legal, and socio-cultural) lead to LAWfulness"? The paper aims at presenting a model for identifying effective factors in LAWlessness in Iran. The findings show that political, economic, legal, management, and SOCIO-CULTURAL FACTORS exert effects in LAWlessness.
