Abstract

OLD TEXTURE of many cities is wearing. This texture can not provide suitable services to residential people. As a result medium and high classes of people remove from thereto modern parts of cities and the district will be the place of poor people concentration. In this conditions, social anomalies increase in the OLD TEXTURE of cities.The main aim of this paper is consideration of above mentioned hypothesis in BABATAHER DISTRICT of Khoramabad.Required data are collected through observation, interview and filling questionnaire. Sample society of study was the total households of district's dwellers (104 households).Collected data are analyzed based on discretional statistics, liker scale and comparative studies.Finding shows in spite of existing valuable cultural heritage in the district, high social and economic classes of people leave there and the concentration of poor people increase social insecurity in the area.
