Abstract

Introduction: This study was conducted to investigate the effect of Organizational culture on Confidence and employees’,Job satisfaction with regard to the role of demographic variables in one of the Army Hospital of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Because among all the concepts examined by organizational behavior specialists in different situations, Organizational trust and Job satisfaction have been the most important research areas. Method: descriptive-survey and correlational method is used for data collection and this applied research was done in 2020. Statistical society of this research was selected from the hospital staff by stratified random sampling. To measure the research variables, Organizational trust questionnaire based on Robbins model, Organizational culture questionnaire based on Madsich model and Job satisfaction questionnaire based on Spector model were used and the obtained data were analyzed through descriptive statistics using SPSS24 software. Results: The results showed that there is a significant relationship between Organizational culture, Organizational trust (r = 0. 582, p <0. 05) and Job satisfaction (r=-0. 296, p <0. 05). In this study, the moderating variables of gender and education in relation to Organizational culture do not have a significant effect on Organizational trust, but the moderating variable of marriage has a significant effect. Conclusion: According to the results of the present study, being married and the amount of salary payment have a positive effect on Job satisfaction of employees and for better performance of the hospital, it is recommended to attract married people and pay appropriate salaries.
