The study population included all coronary heart patients in Fatemeh Zahra Hospital in Sari (Mazandaran Heart Center). Using Loehlin (2004) sampling method, 280 hospitalized patients were selected as the sample. early Maladaptive Schemas' questionnaire, emotion cognitive regulation, Resilience, and General and Specific Adherence Results were used. The collected data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and path analysis in SPSS and Amos statistical software. Results: The results showed the effect of incompatible programs on adherence therapy intermediary cognitive regulation of emotional design and Resilience is significant (p=0. 01).
