Abstract

FOREIGN BODY ingestion can be deliberate or accidental and mostly defecated with no complication in gastrointestinal tract. Some of them can injury the gastrointestinal tract. Patient is a 30 years old man known case of psychologic disorder that was referred with abdominal pain without other symptoms in gastrointestinal tract 3 days after ingestion of a lot of nails and screw nails. After first evaluations surgery was done and all of foreign bodies removed.
