Abstract

Men are born with different abilities. The purpose of development is to create an atmosphere where all people can develop their potential. In this article, the writer discusses the requirements of women employment, so that, by referring to these requirements, it is possible to create special conditions in which there are appropriate facilities for women. Women have cultural duties and responsibilities toward their husband, children and parents. If these, plus women's physical conditions, are not taken into account by officials and planners, it is not possible to make maximum use of women's great labor force. The writer also refers to the social and cultural factors that discriminate against women in the area of labor, stating that the process of stabilization of discrimination continues through socialization. Injustice and discrimination affect the level and degree of human development. The developing countries can therefore speed up the development process by identifying and removing the factors that discriminate women in the area of labor.
