Abstract

Urban tourism in recent decades has a significant impact on the spatial development or spatial change of cities and urban. BANEH CITY is one of the areas in Kurdistan province has witnessed a significant change in tourism sector in recent years And impact in changes in economic, social, and physical in the city. The aim of this study was to determine the nature and impact of business tourism is the city's Baneh and has been determined indices to investigate this relationship. The application of network analysis to evaluate the variability of each of the parameters and prioritize them. It was found that the conversion of residential to commercial use (normalized score of 0.546) in the site-specific clusters of urban land development business tourism in Baneh, Option "build commercial complexes" (a normalized score of 0.510) in cluster housing and commercial complexes, Under the "rise residential towns around the city" (a normalized score of 0.473) in the cluster expansion of the city And nodes 'park' (normalized score 0.473) in clusters of residential areas, catering and entertainment out more points than the other nodes in the cluster.
