Abstract

The aim of total this research is investigating of role ICT to improvement of the technical and economical situation of WHEAT GROVER’S of MESHKIN SHAHR COUNTY. The research method was an analytical-explanation study of the survey type. The target population in the study was the WHEAT GROVER’S of settled in the rural areas that have ICT office and the WHEAT GROVER’S of settled in the rural areas that don’t have ICT office. Using simple random sampling technique, the amount of suitable sample for this research was selected as statistical. In addition, for attainment to compare of testing and result, were selected one hundred of the farmers of located in the rural areas of uncontained of ICT office as control group. The tool of measurement was made researcher questionnaire. The content and face validity of the instrument was specified after several times review and correction by the faculty of members at university and several expertise of administrative offices. The reliability analysis was conducted and Cronbach’s alpha values for the various sections of instrument were estimated to be between 0.83 and 0.90. The results of t- test in relation to technical and individual characteristics showed that there was not a statistically significant positive relationship between age, employment background, use of the semen optimal and the irrigation times with independent variable. However, the result t- test in relation to economical characteristics showed that there was not a statistically significant positive relationship between variables of the cost of planting and areas with independent variable. Finally, the results of t- test in relation to technical and individual characteristics showed that there was a statistically significant positive relationship between the cost of cultivation, total cost, harvesting cost, performance, income and credit with independent variable. Finally, based on the results analysis, some applied recommendations have been provided.
