Abstract

Background and Purpose: The status of Women and their ability to improve the quality of life theoretically is one of the important indicators for measuring the development of country. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to identify the effective factors on the factors affecting the organization of Household Heads in Iran. Method: The present research is a meta-synthesis, and a combination of quantitative and qualitative studies using a deliberate non-probability method; the sample size is equal to 23 research documents. The present research has analyzed the results and findings of previous researchers based on the approach of systematic review and qualitative meta-synthesis, and have been categorized, the conceptual model of the factors affecting the organization of Household Heads in Iran.Findings and Conclusion: The findings showed that research has been done so far in 3 dimensions and 13 components. Social, economic, and cultural factors are among the main factors affecting the organization and ability of the head of the household; that social factors include participation in social activities, social support, social relations, and social network; economic factors include the provision of necessary facilities, employment and income, the ability to repay debt, providing housing, and providing household consumption money; and cultural factors include self-esteem, self-efficacy, awareness and skills, and family management ability. The correct and accurate implementation of Empowerment programs for the weak and vulnerable sections of the society leads to employment, increased income levels, promotion to higher social and economic classes, and reduced dependence on support organizations.
