Abstract

This research seeks to explore the possibility and refusal of Dialogue in cyberspace. The method of this research is a systematic review, based on which 13 research related to the subject in terms of possibility, refusal and the condition for the realization of Dialogue in this space were studied. The findings show that the reasons for the possibility of realizing the Dialogue are the technical features of the new media and the characteristics of the network structure. The reasons for its refusal to dominate the political and economic structures on cyberspace, the virtual space feature, and the networks and user interaction skills in the real world are virtual. Researchers believe that the realization of Dialogue in social networks requires the establishment of governments and the creation of open spaces for their Dialogue and training of users in two areas of real-life and virtual Dialogue talent training and media literacy training.
