Abstract

The present article is summary of two studies on young people and thei families. The purpose of this study is to investigate the difference between young people and parent>s LEISURE TIMES and to identify the causes of the difference. Since we are living in era of communications, and it is considered as a tool for globalization, it was studied LEISURE TIMES of two separate GENERATIONs in regard with globalization.The theories of reality social structure and interactions have been used to understand the issue. 44 young people and their parents were interviewed in-depth. It has been concluded that young people are different from their parents in spending their LEISURE TIMES and they are influenced by globalization whereas their parents are not influenced.
