Abstract

This research paper considers the importance of the "culture" in the issues relating to "environment" and "environmental protection" via a legal approach which confirms the necessity of supportive-bioavailability legislation. This paper explains that moral achievements resulted from ideal observer point of views and cultural issues on the one hand and supportive bioavailability legislation on the other hand will reveal the importance of culture and cultural infrastructures in the environmental protection. This paper tries to assess the culture and environmental protection and believes that supportive-bioavailability legislation will help to create a healthy relationship between the environment and economic and industrial actors of shipping, port, sea, offshore, and mining (oil and gas) industries.
