Abstract

 The aim of this study is to understand "Dominant implications on CURRICULUM with ISLAMIC EDUCATION approach toward GLOBALIZATION phenomenon in Ayatollah JAVADI AMOLI"s view". Educational training with a universal mentality on Islamic approaches is a strategic task ahead of human resource management located in training institutions. Research method is transgressive rational analysis and the area of study consists of documents, texts and sources related to Islamic training and education in general and Ayat-Allah Amoli's documents, sources and work in particular; from which all texts related to Ayat-Allah Amoli's perspective in the field of GLOBALIZATION and education and training have been totally counted and studied using objective sampling method. Based on his view, four types of education in the field of educational system with a specific output of each one can be plotted. The view of ISLAMIC EDUCATION and training about encountering with GLOBALIZATION neither is passive, nor has a negative imaging, rather, Islam accepts the principle of GLOBALIZATION and believes that rationality, reason, experiment and using Islamic trainings are necessary for entering the field of action. Attention to planning, policies, goals, content, methods, training strategies and evaluation in each CURRICULUM is of great importance. The nature of the CURRICULUM with the divine approach influenced by philosophy and the valuable religious resources due to the above mentioned factors are inevitably necessary.
