Abstract

Abstract Due to the increasing expansion of cosmetic surgery in the country, the necessity of responsibility and even the legitimacy of aesthetic medical procedures in accordance with Article 4 of the constitution felt that the Islamic Republic of Iran should be based on jurisprudence is all laws and regulations in order to verify the legitimacy of this action Given the vast range of aesthetic contemplation and growing according to plan lawsuits against doctors and cosmetic and reconstructive surgery patient dissatisfaction after investigating the matter from this point of view is necessary. "Obviously you can not expect your doctor to aware of all the legal provisions. Therefore, we think that the word "legitimate" should be used in the legal sense. Aesthetic in the present day has been converted into value. In Islam reported that a member of a higher effective beauty is also among philosophers and sages beauty also has a special place. The beauty trait that makes its holder irrespective of the benefits and interests of human pleasure and garlic and intuitive involuntary and feel around the benefit and interest raises that cosmetic surgery is more contemplative.
