A COMPARISON BETWEEN JOB STRESS OF THE STAFF OF PAYAME NOOR UNIVERSITY OF HAMADAN WITH THEIR COUNTERPARTS IN THE UNIVERSITY OF BOU’ALI SINA

Abstract

 The objective of this research is comparing the extent and the sources of JOB STRESS of the staff of Payame Noor university and Bou’Ali Sina University.The method of this research is measuring method. The statistical samples have been chosen among all the staff of Payame Noor university and their counterparts in Bou’Ali Sina University of Hamadan, excluding their teacher, who were chosen by equalization method. Tools of research were a four part QUESTIONNAIRE including a guide for the person who answers the questions, sociological data, Cooper QUESTIONNAIRE of 22 questions and one open question about other stressful factors. Findings are descriptive and JOB STRESS of the staff of both universities have been analyzed using “t” STATISTICAL EXAMINATION for independent groups. Results showed that the most important stressful factors of  jobs among the staff of Payame Noor university were hard jobs, carelessness of the chiefs towards the job problems and the stress of finishing the work at a special deadline and for the staff of BOUALI SINA UNIVERSITY hard jobs, level of Payment, and the stress of finishing the work at a special deadline were the most important factors.
