Abstract

 The present article tries to investigate the effects of the maximal standard test on the electrolytes of the runner’s blood before and after a two-month period of exercise. This research is a semi-experimetal one with 15 participators as runners. All of them were male runners who had taken part as volunteers. The results showed that the change of electrolytes depends on the time and the intensity of the exercise. Great changes in the viscosity of electrolytes can cause damage to the performance as well as to the body.
