Abstract

In past consecutive years, many organizations have attempted to provide the ground for emergence and formation of INNOVATION in their structure and enjoy the innumerable benefits. Now INNOVATION is considered a mechanism to encounter organization deep rooted problems and different dimensions of INNOVATION have been the focus of many researches. The purpose of this research is to define the concept of INNOVATION in police and to study the benefits and execution obstacles of INNOVATION. Particularly the most significant execution obstacles in relation to available resources are introduced such as human resource and budget with the INNOVATION level. Finally a practical sample of INNOVATION realization in US police is studied.
