THE ROLE OF HUMAN RELATIONSHIPS IN THE EFFECTIVENESS OF FACULTY MEMBERS TEACHING WITH EMPHASIS ON IMPLICATIONS OF ISLAMIC EDUCATION

Abstract

HUMAN RELATIONSHIPS have a high priority in all people activities, but this is not the same in all fields. In educational settings such as universities and classrooms human relationship is a process of creation, maintenance and development of dynamic and reciprocal relations among members of a social system. This relation is based on meeting of different needs of individuals and groups, also is based on mutual usefulness. Characteristics of FACULTY MEMBERs of universities and higher education institutions are discussed in teaching books. In this paper important elements of teaching in aspect of HUMAN RELATIONSHIPS have been discussed. But other dimensions of teaching such as lesson presentation, classroom management and evaluating of student's academic performance have not been discussed.
