TYPE OF ENTREPRENEUR'S INCENTIVES AMONG IRANIAN WOMEN

Abstract

 One of the major issues in planning the micro and macro economy is the manpower. Since the vast majority of the world's population are women, their role and talents deserve a better attention in countries’ development. Therefore many countries cope with their financial crisis and step toward development by strategic planning on better usage of women work force. In this way, it is necessary to define factors that encourage WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS and increase their level of participation in the field of entrepreneurship.Studies show that compared to others, entrepreneurs enjoy a different characteristics, motivations and intentions. On the other hand, despite similarities between men and WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS, they are different in motivation, type of business, the starting point of business and business function. Also, despite the differences between men and WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS, WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS, themselves, are not homogenous groups and have many different characteristics and motivations. The impact of intellectual differences between men and women on the business performance of WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS has been the subject of many researches.The purpose of this research is to identify and classify types of entrepreneur's motives among Iranian ladies. Ten interviews have been conducted with Iranian WOMEN ENTREPRENEURS and 13 motivations have been detected as main motives for the starting of a business which has been then put under 5 categories to describe entrepreneurs as: ambitious, success seeker, pushy, social and flexible. french: Type des incitations d'entrepreneur parmi les femmes iraniens Un des thèmes principaux en prevoyant l' economie micro et macro est la main d' oeuvre. Puisque la majorite de la population du monde sont des femmes, leur role et leurs talents meritent une meilleure attention dans le developpement des pays. Par consequent beaucoup de pays font face à leur crise financière et se developpent par la planification strategique sur la meilleure utilisation de main- d' oeuvre des femmes. Il est donc necessaire de definir les facteurs qui encouragent des femmes entrepreneurs et augmentent leur niveau de participation dans le champ de l' esprit d' entreprise. Les etudes montrent que compares aux autres, les entrepreneurs apprecient differentes caracteristiques, motivations et intentions. D' une part, en depit des similitudes entre les hommes et les femmes entrepreneurs, ils sont differentes dans la motivation, le type d' affaires, le point de depart des affaires et de la fonction d' affaires. En outre, en depit des differences entre les hommes et les femmes entrepreneurs, les femmes entrepreneurs, ellesmêmes, ne sont pas un groupe homogènes et sont differents par caractère et motivation. L' impact des differences intellectuelles entre les hommes et les femmes sur l' execution d' affaires des femmes entrepreneurs a ete le sujet de beaucoup de recherche. Le but de cette recherche est d' identifier et classifier des types des motifs d' entrepreneur parmi les femmes iraniennes. Dix entrevues ont ete conduites avec les femmes entrepreneurs iraniennes et 13 motivations ont ete detectees en tant que motifs principaux pour commencer des affaires, qui ont ete après mises au-dessous de 5 categories pour decriredes entrepreneurs comme: ambitieux, chercheur de succès, arriviste, social et flexible.key word: femmes entrepreneurs, incitations, typologie, installant des affaires spanish: Identificar y clasificar las motivaciones de las mujeres trabajadoras Uno de los temas principales en la planificacion de la macroeconomia y la microeconomia es la mano de obra. Debido a que la gran mayoria de la poblacion mundial son mujeres, es necesario potenciar su papel en los paises en desarrollo. Por eso muchos paises desarrollados en el tiempo de crisis han usado de las mujeres empresarias para mejorar su situacion economica. Por eso es importante conocer los factores importantes del exito de las mujeres empresarias en las actividades.Por otro lado, a pesar de las similitudes entre los hombres y las mujeres empresarias, existen diferencias en la motivacion, tipo de negocio, el punto de partida de los negocios y funciones de negocios. Ademas, a pesar de las diferencias entre hombres y mujeres empresarias, los empresarios no son un grupo homogeneo y tienen muchas caracteristicas y motivaciones diferentes. El efecto de las diferencias intelectuales entre hombres y mujeres en el rendimiento empresarial de las mujeres empresarias ha sido objeto de una investigacion.El proposito de esta investigacion es identificar y clasificar las motivaciones de las mujeres trabajadoras y ponerlas en diferentes grupos. Para conocer la motivacion de las mujeres empresarias se realizaron una entrevista con 10 mujeres empresarias, despues de hacer comentarios de esta entrevista, identificaron 13 motivos importantes de las mujeres empresarias. Despues han usado este 13 motivo del trabajo para hacer una categoria de 5 grupos de la motivacion importante de las mujeres empresarias, se llamaroncomo: la idealista, que buscan el exito, obligatorio, social, que buscan de flexibilidad.key word: las mujeres empresarias, los incentivos, la tipologia, la creacion de empresas
