Abstract

The Center of cities are the location of most important FUNCTIONs. It reflects the social, administrative and economic conditions of a city. This article discusses the status of CITY CENTER in Amol city by analyzing the existing LAND USE. The borders of central city were determined first and then the status of each LAND USE in terms of intensity, diversity, distribution and their relation with the city were analyzed. The findings and suggestion of this analysis are presented at the end.
