Abstract

In Persian Language, the greatest part of mystic literature is presented in the form of tales. The teaching of mystic manners, rules of ascetic disciplines, internal rules and etc. are entertained in these tales. Mowlana Jalal-al Din Rumi, in his works, especially MASNAVI MANAVI, has narrated these stories.The present article, by considering the role of the MYSTIC TALES in the works of Mowlana Jalal-al Din RumI, tries to show the changes and improvisations that he has made in them.
