Abstract

Moulana has mentioned both partial and the universal INTELLIGENCE. In addition he has examined the universal INTELLIGENCE both from the standpoint of EPISTEMOLOGY and ONTOLOGY. The standpoint of each faculty in MAN's thought and the relationship between them considered as separate entities is further investigated in Moulana's thought. Accordingly this article made use of Plato’s views regarding DIANOIA (partial INTELLIGENCE) and NOUS (universal INTELLIGENCE) and their relation with MAN, WORLD, and GOD.
