Abstract

The COMPREHENSIVE SCIENTIFIC MAP of the country is known as a harmonic, dynamic, and organized collection of the objectives, policies and the necessities of science, TECHNOLOGY and innovation strategic change. It is the road map for realizing the objectives of the twenty-year perspective of the country. TECHNOLOGY can act as a powerful tool and the main factor of wealth and power production. It has also a great importance in innovation cycle and commercializing process. In this article, regarding the importance of TECHNOLOGY, some of the most effective TECHNOLOGY considerations, performances, and conceptions are described in order to compile the COMPREHENSIVE SCIENTIFIC MAP of the country.
