Abstract

In today's competitive world, Organizations should adopt new methods and approaches regarding to rapid changes and progress to develop their situation. Innovation is a key factor to create value and sustainable competetive advantage for firms in complex changing environment. OPEN INNOVATION concentrate on putting down organizations' internal bounderies and taking participate external valuable sources to increase probability of success for organizational development and reduce risk of enterprising. In the last decade, concentraiting on high technologies and macro level tranfer to medium technologies and micro level of industires and firms. It is essential to expand researches about OPEN INNOVATION paradigm and using it practically in firms and various industries. In this paper priotorize factors affecting on OPEN INNOVATION by using DEMATEL and identification of mentioned factors. This paper is a discriptive survey and the data collection tools are reviewing papers and the oritical frameworks and data gathering by using questionnair to innovation managers and experties of OPEN INNOVATION. Result of the paper represents organizational readiness, intellectual property management and collaborative capabilities are most effective factors, moreover absorption capacity, innovation intermediate and business model are most impressible factors in firms.
