Abstract

Identify current areas of DEVELOPMENT indicators and comparing them to each other, the first step in regional planning and balance between regions and social justice is. The purpose of writing this article, the degree of DEVELOPMENT in city of Ardabil and analysis of regional disparities in the province.The research method is descriptive - analytic.. In this study, using the model of Morris and the use of DEVELOPMENT indicators in the fields of health, education, socio-cultural, economic, industrial, physical and infrastructural To determine and analyze the levels of infrastructure DEVELOPMENT of the city of ARDABIL PROVINCE to the results of this study be used in other studies.The findings show that the city of ARDABIL PROVINCE was not balanced and the city there is a big gap in terms of DEVELOPMENT indicators (coefficient comprise at least 27 to a maximum of 54). It also has city status on 4 levels, relatively deprived, deprived, much indicates that in the meantime the city of Nir, Kosar and Sareyn privileged, Ardabil, Namin, Moshkin and khalkhal the city’s relatively high and low level Asin and underdeveloped.
