Abstract

After finding importance of oil our country massive economy, special in year after earthy reforms, national economy spitial urban economy from in dependence to Agriculture productions or rural surplus were changed and it was in depended to oil income or national surplus and Government were reduced to main proctor of infusion this income to urban economy societies. After that, applicability of traditional theories in analysis of urban economy were faced with serious doubts. As first scientific scintillation in this way were created in theory of Government and urbanization in contrast or competition of Rent capitalism theory. This article, synchronous indefeasible a scientific comparison between brought theories with bringing of documents from the case study in small town of sarableh, show that urban economy not has been sustained from rural surplus but Government in left ten years through creation and expansion the bureaucracy system and transfusion of oil income performance importance role to organization of urban economy. Even creation of relation with rural districts is result and derivative of Government function in region(urban and rural). So, ready article, with creation kind of doubt in universalizing of time and place of Rent capitalism theory, emphasizing the applicability GOVERNMENT AND URBANIZATION THEORY in explanative and analyzing urban economy and last process of urbanization in our country.
