Abstract

The essence of this study is focused on applicable research and its research methods is focused on documentation-analyze methods. In the data collection, library and field methods are used and in the analysis of data and information, the Boolean Doctrine with the help of overlapping layers of GIS related to the indicators and the process of hierarchical analysis (AHP) in order to ranking and prioritize of final sites has been used. As a result of this study, the applicable of development principles of INFILL DEVELOPMENT in our URBAN FABRICs, in consideration of defined local indicators, are certified and it presents a method, how to reach to the sites with the highest potentials for its development, ranking and value. From the results of this study we can point also to determine of other lands and proper areas for INFILL DEVELOPMENT.
