Abstract

Since one of the causes of changes in land use, tourism activities, especially the construction of the demands of recreation and SECOND HOMES, rural leaders (the Council and Dhyaryha) can be efficient in the preservation of AGRICULTURAL LAND., The paper is trying to determine the role of RURAL MANAGEMENT in maintaining AGRICULTURAL LAND with an emphasis on SECOND HOMES in the ZIRTANG SYAB RURAL DISTRICT province, is the answer to this question: How have rural managers in the preservation of AGRICULTURAL LANDs and villages are under tight actors? To answer the question of the crosssurvey method was used and the method of data collection and analysis of information, documents, surveys, and field.
