Abstract

The purpose of this study is investigating the relationship between ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE and effective execution of organizational strategies in the food industry of the West Azerbaijan province. For access to this aim 264 people are selected as a sample. The current study is applied study and based on gathering data is the descriptive and correlation study. The questionnaire was used to collect data.The results of this study indicated that personnel perception of justice is medium. Highest degree of justice belongs to interactional justice and the lowest degree belongs to procedural justice. Also, the degree of acceptance of the strategy, according to executive directors and employees, with an average of 3.11 is moderate or slightly above it. Based on diagram analysis, instructional and distribute justice have the most direct and procedural justice has a high indirect impact on EFFECTIVE EXECUTION OF STRATEGY.
